I've had this walking treadmill for about 2 weeks now, and pleased with the operation/quality. The price range is acceptable (middle of the road when compared to higher end models), quality good, electronic controls are fairly simple, not excessively loaded down with bells and whistles. (The parameters monitored are Time, Distance, Calories, Speed and Pulse)...very simple. There are software programs loaded on the device for varying speeds etc, but I just use manually and pop off 15 minutes a day...sets my day up right. BTW, speed is adjustable from 0 to 8.5 (and 8.5 is plenty fast to get you running)....Lastly, to incline you have to manually adjust, but it's easy to do using ball detent pins/selecting the holes you want...(three positions for incline, just select the rate of incline and stick the 2 pins in the appropriate holes) If you are in the market for a reasonably priced walking treadmill, this one is a very good choice. ... show more

I bought this to walk inside. I am not using it to run. It meets my need, and for the price point it seems fine. It is narrower than full size treadmills I normally use, and does not have enough width between the support bars to swing/move my arms at my side. The biggest disappointment to me is the incline adjustment. The three settings do not provide any significant difference, and none of them level out the pad. The package arrived in two days and in excellent condition! . I pulled everything out and it was not daunting, which is unusual for me, to build. However, it was easier for me, if my wife sat beside me and just read the graph and instructions. I built it with ease! One of my favorite features are the extended rails on both sides and the wider belt on the running pad. I am in excellent health, but I just turned 75, so I am a bit wobbly; so, longer rails assist in any imbalance that someone might have. This is GREAT FEATURE! This is the best thing I have done for myself & my wife in many years. I am exercising every morning and in the last three weeks, I am sleeping longer by at least an hour, to 1 1/2 hours in the morning. I am not getting up at 5:00 am, anymore. If you are considering purchasing a treadmill, this is the very best one. We compared with ones less expensive and more expensive and I believe we came up with the very best for the money. I would value it even more for what I’m getting out of it. I recommend this highly because I feel better and I am excited in the mornings to get up, and “hit the road”. In addition, the speed is perfect. I started out slow and then I slowly built up and it extremely easy to use.     • Nice compact treadmill
The media could not be loaded. We have been looking for a nice compact treadmill for our home gym and this one is perfect for our whole family! It measures in at 9.5"D x 26"W x 56.3"H, which is perfect for small spaces and only weighs 90 pounds. It also folds up for when not in use to save even more space! It has a max weight limit of 300 lbs and 12 programs in all. You can incline it manually and has a nice sturdy handrail as well as a safety stop feature. It keeps track of your heart rate which is also a nice feature. We have a variety of ages and sizes in our house so this has been perfect. My son has been using it for therapy after a procedure he had and I am using it for weightloss. My oldest daughter is working on building her endurance and my partner is trying to incorporate more moving into her routine. It comes with a safety belt for those recovering and needing rehab too!
