Do not buy from this company. Have an electric fireplace that immediately had a loud fan. Called customer service 2x, had the store I bought it from call several times and have never had a response. This is a very well built (you build) fireplace. The materials are high quality and for the price, a pretty good value. It took my husband around an hour to assemble and the result is a realistic looking stone/wood fireplace. The flame could be a bit more "real" in appearance but it's good enough. Wish it came with a remote but wasn't a deal breaker for me. I had also purchased a crackler speaker, as the fireplace does not have sound. Overall, very happy. ... show more
