The media could not be loaded. I've been using this press for a little over a year now, I think. I've done a lot of tumblers, cups and mugs in that time so I feel comfortable saying that there are things I love about it and things I don't like about it. Let's start with the good stuff. First and foremost, this tumbler press is very beginner friendly. This is the first tumbler press I've had and it's been working great for me this whole time. It heats evenly and the amount of pressure and the ability to adjust the pressure is good, maybe even great. I press my tumblers at 356 F for 55 seconds, turning halfway through. As long as my tape job is good, I have no issues with ghosting anywhere on the tumbler/cup/mug. There are a few things that I don't like about it, however. I don't like the latch feature very much. Sometimes, when I'm using a lot of pressure, it can be difficult to open and close because the latch gets stuck or maybe I'm not strong enough to kind of squeeze the handles together and open it. I also don't like the placement of the power cord. I understand why it's on that side, but I wish it was on the back somewhere. I would like to be ale to use this with the temp/time display facing outward towards me, but I have to turn it to the side and use it that way. It's not terribly easy to do in the spot I have to have the press in. I'm always worried that it's going to accidentally get closed in or just get too close to the heating area and melt the power cord casing. It has NOT done that, but it doesn't stop my brain from worrying about it. Additionally, it does not close around 15 oz mugs. I am using standard 15 oz mugs, too. They're not tapered or oversized in any way. In order to get any sort of pressure on the mug, I have to manually hold it closed by gripping the handles and pushing them together. As you can imagine, this is tiring and hard on my hands. I have to wear my heat gloves while doing it and stand there the entire time the mug is in the press, just to hold the handles together. It's not only annoying, but for someone who has small hands and not a ton of hand strength, it can be a little painful sometimes. Other than those gripes, I would recommend this to beginners if I were asked. It's a good press for a good price and does most of what I need it to do! ... show more

This press does an AMAZING job! I can’t say it enough. I’ve struggled with the mug press attachment I have, and also tried to make friends with a convection oven. Had mixed results with both of those…and let’s face it, those are expensive blunders!😩. I finally bit the bullet and purchased this press. I had 13 tumblers wrapped and ready to go. It arrives and I rip it out of the box, review the instructions, and fire it up! 320° x50 secs, open, flip it over, press x50 more seconds. I was literally peeling the wrap before the next one even finished. 13 evenly pressed..GORGEOUS tumblers! If you’re on the fence..just jump! ... show more

I used this item 3 times and this last time (3rd time) I used it, the item "exploded" as soon as I closed the clamps around the tumbler. This also happened the first time I used it. The item sparked like a firework & tripped the breaker. This should not have happened only using it 3 times. The item was stored in a safe place, in the box, & the outlet used was a safe one that could hold the power. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the press for about a month now and I am very satisfied with it. The press is very easy to use. When pressing 15oz mugs make sure to unscrew the pressure screws all the way out for the mug to fit. So far everything is as described!
