The media could not be loaded. Easy set up straight out the box, just plug in and go. It works well with or without a standing desk and comes with a remote control which allows me to adjust the mode by speed, time, distance or calories. The treadmill itself is quiet however there’s a loud beep upon start up and it’s noticeable when adjusting the settings. There is no option to turn off the sound but it’s something to be aware of. I was concerned about not having anything to hold on to but the treadmill is sturdy and wide enough to accommodate my walking or running routines. The wheels under the treadmill can be pulled out to create an incline and add versatility to my workouts. It turns off automatically after about 10 minutes of being idle but there’s also a switch to shut off the machine after each use. I store mine under the bed but it’s also light enough to store upright in a closet if space is limited. ... show more

The only thing that I don't like is you can't use a protector cord, it has to be plugged directly into the wall so gives you limited places to put it. I read reviews where people say it is loud. It's NOT its actually very quiet. I enjoy it for the price I paid for it. It comes with oil, manual, remote and 2 batteries. The media could not be loaded. I work in an office and sit ALL DAY for at least 10 hours a day. I have wanted an under desk treadmill for a while, and am so glad I finally committed to one. This was super easy to set up and use. I had it out of the box and set up in under 5 minutes. It's the perfect size; not too thick or big, and fits perfectly under my desk. It's controlled via remote; the remote control is a bit loud with the beeping but otherwise works great. You can set up a slight incline by adjusting the wheels on the front of the treadmill. It's easy to move around and store when not in use since there are wheels on the bottom. It's also not too noisy to disturb other people in the office, which is what I was initially concerned about. You can definitely hear it running, but its not overly obnoxious. Attached a photo of a 40 lb cardigan corgi for size comparison. Apparently it's quite comfortable to lay on because he treats it as his new bed when I'm not using it. ... show more

This walking pad works well but I have a few concerns. I did a lot of research when looking for walking pads and this had one of the widest options at a reasonable price, so I purchased it based on this feature. Whenever I use it, I find myself stepping on the sides here and there which causes a bit of friction and throughout my work out, I feel like I must be on full alert to ensure I do not trip, which does not make it enjoyable. One of my regrets is not buying a walking pad with a handle, which would have helped me feel more secure and at least be able to grab onto something if I am going to fall, and it could hold my phone, remote or water bottle. I purchased this walking pad in July, and I still love it! I had wanted a full sized treadmill, but we just didn't have the space so I was thrilled to find a walking pad that could go up to 4mph and could incline. I was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the pad created a smooth, quiet, and comfortable walk. I had researched a lot of walking pads and needed one that had a wider mat because I walk with my feet pointed out slightly and didn't want to have to focus on where my feet landed while exercising. The width of this walking pad is perfect! I can also store it under my bed when it is not in use, and easily pull it out each evening as I watch my nightly shows (and still not fall off!). This is a great treadmill for me. I wanted something small and compact, but I didn't want a manual operated one. This one is very easy to use and I love the remote! It's easy enough to roll wherever and will fit under the bed. Perfect for My Space. Also, the grandkids have decided it's one of their favorite things to play with. I would have given this 5 stars, but I had issues when I received the pad because I couldn't get the remote control to pair with the pad. I immediately notify the seller, but there is 24-to-36-hour response time because there is no call number, only emails. Finally, after 2 weeks with back-and-forth emails with the seller, and notifying Amazon customer service, a new remote was sent to me and the pairing works perfect. I am supposed to be reimbursed for the new remote from the seller, which is greatly appreciated. I wanted something I can use at home during the winter and days I can't walk outside. This pad is quiet, and I can use anywhere in my house because the front rollers make it super easy to move. I also appreciate the wider walker area, which wasn't always the case with other brands. It does have a loud beep when you turn it on or change modes, but that's really not a big deal for me. So, despite the early problems, this a great walking pad and I would recommend it to anyone. ... show more
