Overall we’re very happy with the Tomoloo Hoverboard. My son loves it and is having a lot of fun on it! I am somewhat disappointed and feel that the advertising is misleading. I spent the extra money to purchase the model with All Terrain wheels and also have a hoverboard that was waterproof. The Amazon ad shows that this model can “go anywhere - puddles, sand, etc”. However when it arrived the box clearly says it’s water resistant, not water proof. I also don’t see how these wheels are any different than a standard model. This hoverboard is awesome. I did alot of searching and investigating into hoverboards as i knew nothing about them. After much reading reviews from customers on various brands , warranties, range, price, customer complaints,this board stood above the rest. When it came , i was not disappointed. This board is fairly heavy, well built and sturdy! It does everything its supposed to do very well. I purchased an extended product warranty to be safe: if im spending money on a good product, why not protect it? I haven’t had it for very long but it gets used daily and works perfect. So far we really like this board! It belongs to my 10 year old son and he hopped on with no issue and took off, took Mom a little longer to figure it out. You can’t get very far away from the person with the phone before the music starts cutting out. We also haven’t figured out the app, it’s not logging any mph. Bought this for my son for his birthday in Jan 2020. It stopped working after just a year with average to minimal use. Thought I was buying a quality product that would last. Emailed company and initially they responded by asking for videos of the product not working. We submit them and then here nothing back. It is not an American based company so customer service is hard to deal with. They have offered no refund or discount on a replacement. ... show more

Great hoverboard, rides well even over rough roads and grass and is simple to learn. My kids love the bluetooth feature to play music. We did have a problem with some of the plastic pieces that holds the screws (keeping the top and bottom of the board together) breaking off after a lot of use but customer support has been good and is sending us a replacement. ... show more

I love the product. I bought it for my 10 year old son for Christmas 🎄. We opened it to see if it worked, and he enjoyed himself on it just for that little time. After much research online about the best hoverboard for kids - I decided to purchase this one for my 10 year old son and it did not disappoint. He absolutely loves it and was able to start riding it without much problem. We did start on carpet and then moved to stone floors.
