The media could not be loaded. Bolts are strong and didn't strip, product and finish is rounded and safe for removing ball joints for reuse without damaging. I spent hours and hours before I was defeated and purchased this product and got it done in 5-minutes! Shipped on time and product as promised. Planned to use on 2004 Mazda Tribute/Ford Escape. Changing control arms and outer tie rods. Watched a couple videos for application. After a few minutes of trying to apply them to disassemble the ball joint on the control arm, I gave up. Got out the old school pickle fork. Whack! Whack! and off it came. Maybe these are good for specific applications and for people who use them daily. For me it was waste of money. Shipped in pile inside one box. Other photo shows detail of item. Made well enough. The tongue on the large tool isn't long enough to reach over the ball joint post. It put pressure at an angle that binds the post. After many attempts to make it work I went to Harbor Freight and bought theirs. It worked perfectly on the first attempt
