Just received this product and started testing it out. What I like: 1) Easy setup 2) Every is metal and feels solid 3) Comes with everything you need (e.g., the HDMI cable) plus a light shield 4) LED lights are bright and easily adjustable 5) Menu was easy to figure out and responsive 6) Manual is pretty good albeit there are some small grammatical errors but nothing that caused any confusion 7) Good picture quality (at least for my needs) 8) Came with a 32GB microSD card installed 9) Was already fully charged 10) Easily adjust LED brightness via sliding touch sensor on bade There are a few things that I think can be improved: 1) USB power cable is quite short and I need to use an extension cord to plug it in. 2) If you want to charge the battery you need to plug the power into the monitor and then when you use it you plus the monitor into the base. However, if you want to run it while plugged in, you need to connect power to the base and then from the base to the monitor. This isn't difficult, just a little inconvenient. 3) When tightening the height adjustment, it changes the height slightly so you many need to set it slightly lower and then tighten it to get the best picture quality. 4) Monitor stand threads (to connect to the base) should be a little longer so that it can screw in further while still pointing forward. 5) microSD card can be difficult to get back in and one time started going in on a strange vertical angle I haven't tried the video/storage yet, but so far I would definitely recommend it for the price. ... show more

The company was great to work with when the lens cover piece was cracked (barely noticable in pictures). Still, kudos to them for sending out a new lens cover without any hassle! The scope is great, nice 10" screen and basic software to save as GIF or other formats. My only complaint (about all the different brand scopes) is that it will save the picture as a GIF but there is no way to make outside the edges transparent. I use this for coins. Currently, I can save a coin as a GIF but I then have to re-color around the edges of the GIF picture (which is very time-consuming) and then use a GIF Animator program to make the edges transparent. None of the scopes seem to have this ability. ... show more

If you are looking for the best scope on the market the DM 202 is it hands down. The 10 inch screen is awesome great picture quality I love the black and white options I use the negative option on hard to see coins it works great. Very easy to use and a great price for this scope. If you are in the market for a scope I would definitely buy this one. And they have great customer service. Thank you Tomlov for a great product. Where has this been my whole collecting life, this is a great screen, portable, easy to use. The battery needs to be charged more than I want but I just left it plugged in because I spend too many hours in one sitting going through coins and stamps. If your tired of using small magnifiers this is the way to go. Takes great pictures as well. ... show more

This worked and was excellent at first, but I took about a 6 month break from using it & when I took it back out, it was completely dead. I assumed power drained over the months & connected it to power & it would not charge. I changed power supplies, power outlets, & cords, but the unit is completely dead and will not respond. That makes this a terrible purchase & a huge frustration to me. I had bought this as an upgrade to a prior model. The old model I gave to a friend still works and my newer model is dead. It was stored on a shelf in my closet, so it was climate controlled and there was no exposure to moisture. I’m highly disappointed & frustrated. ... show more
