  • Compact and powerful
Size: USB
The compact size and mobility are what I like best The app works well and is easy to navigate, a few times it crashed when using the snapshot button on the scope itself,, but that is rare, The quality of the images are exellent considering price and more expensive scopes I’ve had were not any better, all in all it’s a great simple to use device, the adjuster on the light is a little shakey and would be nice to have that feature on the app so one doesn’t have to touch the scope as much and potentially lose a target. I would recommend to a freind as a good powerful starter, keep battery charged for the best images On iPhone 13 max I’m getting amazing images, with very little pixelation when using the light correctly.. ... show more

  • Extremely hard to keep still
Size: USB
I'm I'm a professional artist tattoo and abstract painting I have an extremely Steady Hand and it was extremely hard because it's so dialed down to find what I was looking for in the coin and also to keep it there to inspect it if that makes sense I was a little bit bummed but it's a good product and it's a really good picture and I love that it comes up on your phone that makes it a lot better but it's really hard to do everything backwards steadily and cuz if you want to go right you have to go left and if you want to go left you got to go right it's going to go up you got to go down I know that sounds crazy but everything's backwards so it was really really hard to keep it where I wanted it to be able to look at what I wanted to look at so that was the only thing it was bummer other than that it's a really good product and I didn't return it I kept it but I will unfortunately be looking for one that is connected to like a stand or something or if you guys sold some sort of stand for it I would buy it I don't know anyway good product and sorry I wasn't able to give you 5 stars all the way around good luck with your guys's product sending you good vibes ... show more

  • It works. Doesn't come with recommended 5V 1A charger. Magnification claims are suspect.
Size: USB
Not bad, but magnification claims are very suspect. Images are not sharp (This scope's megapixels come in at slightly less than 1MP), but you can see much greater detail in the images than with your eyes. Photos are of Roosevelt's Ear on a dime and Washington's right eye on a dollar. Final magnification depends on your display. On my 1920x1080 laptop screen, top magnification is about 75x. You won't get 1000x on anything less than a massive tv screen, and even then it will not be pretty. Takes good photos if you're not pushing it too hard. Its even pretty good when the stability isn't great, like if you're holding it while taking photos. You just have to have a steady hand. It comes with 2 clear bezels that hold the scope up. One gets you a little closer than the other, which accommodates larger subject matter. The app that you can use on your phone or tablet is primitive and a little janky, but it works. It doesn't come with a charger and specifies that you use a 5V 1A charger. I would recommend sticking to that. If you don't have one in a drawer somewhere, order it at the same time. In the end, it can let you see things you probably never saw before or your kids could explore the microscopic world without worrying too much about the cost, but if you actually need to see something tiny but clearly, you can do better. ... show more

  • So far so good
Size: USB
So far so good. I've had this scope for four days now. It's very easy to synch to iOS. As long as it doesn't break down I'm satisfied.

  • Headache to connect to either via USB or Wifi and barely works
Size: USB
At first I was impressed by the design, build quality and simplicity... until I started using it. I own five droid phones (Astra, G4, G5, Galaxy JX3, Oukitel WP8) and two droid tablets (v10GO); ranging from Android v5 to v11 and finally own a Win10 and Win7 desktop along with a WinXP laptop. Now to the problem, and it's a BIG one; I am ONLY able to successfully connect and use the microscope on the JX3 (my slowest droid). It fails to run correctly on all other phones; issues ranging from codec errors, display glitches and overall slowness (multiple occasions it froze up my BRAND NEW HIGH POWER WP8) regardless of WIFI or USB connection (when WIFI even broadcasts; 50/50 I'll power on the scope and will either not broadcast or takes over 4-5 minutes (used a frequency analyzer to confirm issue is with the camera). So finally onto the PC only to encounter the same problems; in fact the software they provide does NOT work on any of my PC's (Win10, Win7 and WinXP) as it throws a generic error that lacks a solution online. Now I REALLY hope I got a defective model as this thing isnt even worth its weight in parts; I really hope this is a fluke however please heed warning from this review as so not to get burned. ... show more
