One of my old locks stopped working, and I looked for a smart lock to replace it. I found this one with really good specs and a great design, and I had to get one. First off, very easy to install and set up. I like how the instruction walks through every detail, making it easy to set up. I also like how it came with various bolt packages depending on the thickness of the door, and it had the exact size that I needed. Secondly, it works great. I like how easily it opens and closes. It also responds perfectly to my fingerprint, PIN, or RF chips. I also like how I can use the Android app not only to lock and unlock but it has a lot of programming features for security as well. Lastly, the battery compartment. I like how easily it comes off from the inside door panel, and the batteries easily pop in and out. So purchased lock to replace a non smart keypad lock and I will start by saying it was a replacement and then some. Let's start with instalation, quick and easy instructions for switching from right to left hand was super easy and install took less the 30 mins. The unit came with 2 physical keys and 2 rf keys, the rf keys were very easy to program as was the custom pin numbers for the lock. I opted to also go with the wifi gateway to give remote access for those times that you just can't remember if you locked the door (not a problem if you leave default settings to auto lock) the finger print reader is accurate but a little slow on unlock in comparison to the reader on a smartphone for instance. Over all I feel like the quality of the unit is great and I have had no problems with the operation with all methods of unlocking. ... show more

Earlier this year i bought 3 ZOMNUA biometric doorlocks that look very similar to this product but with 3 differences: The ZOMNUA door lock was extremely difficult to program. It had no phone app, and I had to return 2 out of three of them within one month because they failed. NOW THIS PRODUCT is a little cheaper only in price! The app makes programming your fingerprints a breeze, and I even purchased 2 more units to replace the two existing ZOMNUA door locks because its impossible to remember how to reprogram those. Even the physical installation was a sinch and took only 10 minutes. I highly recommend THIS PRODUCT. and i have not been incentivized to write this review. Lo malo: * La apertura desde la app, es solo cuando estás al alcance del bluetooth (No funciona si estás fuera, en este caso debe ser por medio de clave). * A veces aunque reconoce la huella como positivo (color verde) no se habilita la apertura. The product Design and Material is Excellent. However, the brackets that come with the door kit do not fit doors in America. At least new homes here in Arizona. The door latches that come with the door lock are Rectangular, however the physical door cutouts (In America, Arizona for a home built in 2020) are Rounded on the Corners. The images show how the bracket does not fit the door cutout, and the other rounded bracket shows the original door Latch bracket. I'm not sure how there is nobody else saying anything about this in their reviews, however if you get this door lock kit you will need to modify the bracket to make it fit. This applies to both the door and the door jam pieces that come with the kit. My recommendation to the Manufacturer is to provide American sized door jam brackets. I didn't get to test the kit because you need to drill a hole in your door and the kit didn't fit without modifications. ... show more
