    • These HAVE to be take with a meal!
It took me a couple of weeks to adjust to the vitamins and find out what worked for me. When taking the recommended doses (3 AM and 3 PM) I found that it was a little too much for me, and this is coming from someone who has been taking a good multivitamin daily for years. These are pretty harsh on my stomach and I can really only comfortably tolerate them when take just before or after a meal, especially the PM vitamins. I cut down to 2 AM and 2 PM per day, each taken with a meal, and found that I have noticeably better energy through the day. I found that taking the PM too late or right before bed can actually cause me to to toss and turn all night, so I started taking it around 5-6 pm with dinner. It took a little while for my body to get used to to the PM vitamins, as I felt like I still had energy to spare when going to bed, but now I sleep like a baby. All in all I think these are pretty good quality vitamins, and they’ve given me noticeably more energy through the day. It just takes some experimenting to see what works for you as far as doses go. There is a period where your body will need to adjust and build a tolerance to the extra energy, so you may feel a bit jittery or wired for the first week or so, but it evens out soon after, leaving you with a good amount of energy through the day and restful sleep at night. There are other reviews complaining that this supplement makes it hard to sleep at night, and that may be true for the first week or two depending on your tolerance, but I assure you that effect wears off.     • Best multivitamin I've ever taken!
I'm used to spending up for good vitamins, I've been doing it for well over a decade and I thought I'd been buying pretty good vitamins. Then I read an article talking about how there's really no regulation of the vitamin industry... which got me to thinking... what if my expensive multi-vitamin wasn't actually doing what I thought it was doing. I'd noticed that I didn't get the same feeling of well-being that I used to... which led me down a rabbit hole. I did some research and came across Thorne. I'd never heard of them, but they were even higher rated than a brand which makes a supplement I really like and works. So, I did more research and then more research. I was very impressed by the fact that they research all their ingredients and then TEST the final product to ensure that what's in the bottle is what's on the label. Finally, I decided to bite the bullet and took a chance on these. I liked the idea of having two different blends; one for morning, one for night. They arrived late in the day, so I ended up taking the night blend first and wow... I slept better than I had in months, I woke up feeling better rested and perkier than I have in years. Then I took the morning blend and again, I had this feeling of well-being all day. Work's been extra stressful for the last 18 months, but for the first time, I feel like I've got a floor underneath me, like my health is being bolstered. It feels really good! Now, couple of things: First, you're supposed to take six pills a day, three AM and three PM. They're not big and they're not hard to swallow, but this does mean that the large pill count you see on the bottles turns this into a 30-day supply. Second, they're not cheap. In fact, they're rather breathtakingly expensive when you consider that you're only buying a month supply. However... the quality of the product and the performance provided means that I also feel like I'm getting my money's worth. I've now switched most of my other supplements over to Thorne (I'd do more, but they don't make everything I want to take) and I'm very very impressed with the results.     • Too expensive
My only gripe with this product is the price. Seems to be a good product. After 3 months of use i didn't really notice any differences in how I felt. Unfortunately the price is just too high to continue using this. Cheaper products seem to produce the same results which is (nothing).

I am only taking one capsule per serving instead of three, the flavor is just god awful. I’ll deal with it because I know these are amazing quality.

These elitist little capsules do deliver on their name in both price and quality. They are expensive, but I have noticed much more steady increased energy, a general feeling of well-being, and therefore I have an everyday desire to take them. The night pack have kept me up and stirring before - maybe too much juice for my needs - so I've taken one of them evening every other night or so. ... show more

Seems to have a good formula, the day and night split makes sense and is very nice. They do smell really strong for some reason.

    • game changer
I used to have issues sleeping but these have been a game changer for me. I'm waking up more refreshed than ever (early), sleeping way better, and I'm much more regular than I have ever been. Now I'm also taking the creatine and collagen so I'm not entirely sure what has contributed most to the change but I do notice that after I take the PM pills I am drowsy soon after. Def need to take with a meal. Like a good meal not a snack. The price is expensive but def worth it. ... show more

    • Did I get a bad batch ?
Why are there 3 different color of capsules I have 2 different colors in the AM bottle a peachy color and a dark beige color . The P M bottle capsules are a white color . I wish for the thourne company to explain this to me - please respond .
