I love it. It looks better in person than in the photo too. The fire place is awesome and has different colors to enjoy. I had an issue with the delivery, but it wasn’t the sellers fault and they were on it quickly to make sure everything was tracked and delivered. Very helpful. Directions are easy to follow. There is just a lot to assemble and if you don’t rush and you focus it comes along nicely. I needed a second person to help me and lift it. It is Well worth the time to assemble it. I like this product, I wish I had gotten a lighter color but, I love it. I love that I can change the color of the flames and that it can be ran without heat. It heats my large livingroom and we sometimes leave it on over night. It is well worth the price. It is a great focal piece.

The overall product is very nice looking but building this absolutely broke me. The instructions can be very confusing (doesn’t help that the QR code in the instructions has the WRONG VIDEO). Many pieces of this are very difficult to maneuver without another person helping you. While the product is high quality, this one will likely take you hours to assemble. If you can, just hire someone to build it for you. It’s not worth the headache. ... show more

I read mixed reviews about this fireplace and was almost afraid to buy it. So glad I went ahead and placed my order. While it did arrive in two seperate boxes, they both arrived the same day. I built it the same night for my home office and didn’t have any issues with assembly. Directions were easy for me, but I’ve built many pieces of furniture over the years and so I’m familiar with assembling things. This fireplace works great and puts off a ton of heat. You can set it to different temperatures or just turn on the flames without any heat at all, which is what I mostly do at the moment. Comes with a remote. My only issue is that the bottom metal panel won’t lock into place and stay closed, so as you can see from the picture, it’s open. It’s not a deal breaker for me, but I’d still like to close it. If you’re thinking about buying this fireplace, do it! It’s quite a statement when you walk into the room. Doesn’t look cheap - has nice detail. I may get a second one for my master bedroom, I love it so much. ... show more
