    • It's very well made even though it's plastic. Solid. Produces heat well.
It's small enough to move around. The lighting (faux flame) is excellent though some light escapes out of the sides. The plastic appears to be actual matte black metal giving it a somewhat antique style. Heats effectively. I like that the heat comes from the bottom. The unit itself works good. The PROBLEM is that when it arrived, the log set was broken and just laying loose inside the stove. I can't imagine that it left the manufacturer in that condition so it was obviously damaged in shipment. A couple of weeks later I ordered another unit. It too was broken in the same place. The units operate ok and I am not returning them (I don;t have time to keep repacking items and taking them to be returned) but you should know about this problem. I can't imagine that I am the only customer that has had this issue. I am very unhappy with the situation and suggest that you and the manufacturer take steps to protect the units while they are in transit. ... show more
