I have two young boy cats and three small children. My house has been whipping me, but this little gem has saved my sanity when new messes come along. Using hot but not burning hot water in the tank with the addition of the heating element has been phenomenal! I don’t ever use cleaning solution in the tank, I prefer to keep it as clean as I can. Instead I mix heavy duty upholstery cleaner with hot water and use a wash cloth to saturate and apply a little elbow grease where necessary. For the most part, I just let that sit 10-20 minutes depending on what else I find to do while I wait, and extract/rinse until I’m satisfied it’s all been rinsed off. It has POWERFUL suction and has completely changed my spot treating routine. I love being able to flip a switch for continuous water and the amount that comes out is enough to feel like I’m still doing a good job if I’m moving a little faster. It has a steam function as well though I haven’t used it yet. Overall from oddly shaped items like my couch to simple surfaces like carpet this is the best thing since sliced bread in my world. I was nervous to buy it with hardly any reviews but it has helped me deep clean even better than I did before and for me, that’s saying something. ... show more

    • Great lil machine, but a leaking mess.
I really think this could be an amazing little steamer. The Hot water and steam warm up very quickly and suction is good. When the dirty water fills right at the line it starts to spray dirty water everywhere! I fill like a float shut-off should prevent this. When using the hose cleanup feature (which is a great feature) that rinses the dirty water out of the hose. This can get really bad and make a mess. ... show more
