I used this steam mop to clean my rubber workout room floors. It worked very well to remove a lot of the dust. The microfiber mop heads do a good job of picking up dust while the steam helps loosen dust and debris. Even though the directions say to keep the mop moving, I remember my old steam mops directions said that I could leave the mop stationary over stubborn stains for about 10 seconds to help loosen up the stain more and I had no issue with doing that with this mop as well. No floor damage occurred. I also used it to remove wrinkles out of new washable area rugs. It worked on most of them but not all of them. I may have to get out an actual clothes iron for the other ones since I don't have a washing machine that will accommodate such large rugs. I have used other steam mops from this website by other brands and they hurt my wrist after a few minutes of using them. But not sweet crispy. It is ergonomically designed to be used comfortably for an extended period of time. I had no problem with the carpet glider staying on during use, in reference to other reviewers complaining about it falling off. I kept it on while I cleaned the rubber floors as well as the rugs. Overall it's a solid product. I just wish the lid for the water reservoir stayed shut when I tilt the unit so that I can use it to steam drapes. FYI the instructions are clear that it cannot be used on vertical surfaces. I found the cord length to be adequate so I could find a convenient plug in every room and not have to keep moving it to a new outlet. ... show more

I already have a larger heavy duty steamer that is great for cleaning car interiors with it's hose but to be honest not convenient for small jobs and touchup. With 2 German Shepherds tracking dirt all over I do have real need but with the amount of setup and awkwardness involved it only gets sporadic use when things get bad. With this little steamer fill the reservoir, plug it in, give it a minute to heat up and I can do the kitchen or bathroom floor or do some quick carpet touchup. It is light and convenient to store. The cord is short and the water reservoir small but I can work with that not trying to do the whole house. For this convenience at a reasonable price longevity is not the major concern. If I had to replace it every other year it would be worth it. As the jury is still out on how long it will perform and the little shortcomings, I will deduct a star for now but it will get some real use. ... show more

This is wonderful! I have alot of sensitivities to chemicals, so I have to use all natural products. I had a steam mop years ago, and was so excited to get this. This works so great! It is super easy to use, and cleans like a beast.....with just steam! It easily deep cleans my floors, with just a simple push of a mop. I’d been using one of those expensive hard floor cleaners that sweeps and mops in one go. Unfortunately, it wasn't getting my floors very clean. One use of this steam mop, and my kitchen floor is back to shining. The pads are super thick and robust. I use it in the bathroom, too, especially around the toilet. I appreciate that this heats up and is ready to use quickly. It is also reasonably lightweight and easy to maneuver. I highly recommend using distilled water to keep this cleaner working correctly for as long as possible. A further value, I really think that this is a good option. It’s super user-friendly. Simple adjustment to move between hardwood floors and carpet easy to fill up and on and off switch. The only thing that I don’t care for is the cord length wish it was a little bit longer. Also, I like that it only needs water or other steam mop require requires vinegar and water so this is good for me. I have washed the pads a few times and they seem pretty durable. ... show more

Sweetcrispy steam mop is lightweight and easy to use to keep your floors clean. This is a great steam mop to keep your floors clean and take care of small spills on your carpet. This is great addition to my floor cleaning equipment. The tank on the machine is small, but heats up quickly. The mop is easy to use, clean and store when done with it. I like it that is gives me better option on small carpet spills than dragging out the full sized steamer. The pads are easy to remove after use and throw in the washer with other cleaning rags to wash and, I like to hang them outside to dry.
