This mug press does a great job and is very price friendly. I make mugs to sell online, in shows, and markets. This presses the sublimation ink on in just minutes and the mugs are absolutely flawless. This is an awesome machine. I followed the directions left by someone who answered a question and it works great! I sublimated a dozen mugs in my first few days after ordering and it was perfect. Use at 400 degrees for about 75 seconds and it will be perfect. Just make sure your lever is completely locked in place. I was about to spend $200 on a press and glad I didnt. Its also is light enough to carry with me when my mom and I have "craft day" at her house. ... show more

Initial heat press sent to me appeared used and did not work properly. Seller replaced it however seller had the exact heat press listed for less money. It would have been nice to be credited the difference especially since it appears the seller initially sold me a used product that was listed as new. ... show more

    • Puts off a horrible chemical odor that fills your whole house
This machine puts off a horrible chemical smell. It is so bad I don’t want to use it anymore. I used it for maybe a half hour and the smell made me physically I’ll it was so strong and it filled my whole house. It also did not get hot enough to press the sublimation ink image onto the pint glass and had to rotate it and press it multiple times. We do not have these issues with any of our other press machines so it must be this brand. I would not but again or recommend to anyone.
