It looks nice and feels solid. We finally were able to take it out one time and now it won't extend, it is stuck at a length for sitting or kneeling but not long enough to stand.

We had a broken SUP paddle and needed a replacement, and we also have an inexpensive kayak at a lake, so thought this would be a good option as to have a spare for the kayak if needed. It is a perfectly decent SUP paddle - our SUPs are often used casually by guests, so we like to have recreation-level paddles that are easily adjustable, so this meets that need perfectly. As a kayak paddle it is functional but less than ideal. The offset blades work well for a SUP but not for a Kayak paddle. Interesting idea, and again will serve as a backup for the kayak, but would not be used for that regularly. ... show more
