I was very impressed with the price point and the quality of this paddleboard. 1st day I took it out, all of the ladies I was with purchased one also. It seemed in reviews alot of people thought the pressure gage was broken. It's not. You almost think it is going to pop, but keep pumping and the gage will kick in once you are at about 7psi. As campers we are always looking for a way to kayak. Of course all of them have their faults. This 1 is fantastic. It blew up for us with exactly 206 pumps to 12psi. all of 5 minutes. It all folds away in a bag, and now i need to buy another. update: after more use i love it even more. Iwill also say this company sets the standard for customer service. WOW! Super happy, as described. Great quality. Have not been on the water yet, but expect no issues. Only thing is the pump does not indicate the PSI level, but is working. Contacted seller, hope to get a new one. Not sure when it's completely full, so will wait for proper pump so I can tell when enough air is in it. Seat is fine as well. Remember that it is NOT a kayak!! So don't expect the same seating . But it will be great to sit and take a break from standing. ... show more

I just had to come back after realizing how long I’ve had this thing. It’s my first iSUP and it’s so solid I love it! It’s wide and easy to balance, never gets too hot and has a nice little squish to it. No issues and very sturdy. I bought this one because of the kayak attachments but I never use them. Being able to lay down or stand up is far superior. I did buy my own kayak paddle and electric pump and definitely recommend you do so also. Perfect for an easy paddle. If you’re looking for a bit more speed or to cut through, take into consideration the tip of your board; this one it pretty wide and rounded while others are more narrow and sharp. ... show more

First off, let me say that this is an amazing paddleboard/kayak. It only takes 5 to 6 minutes to pump up manually if you’re a strong guy (my Husband did it for me the first time) so, for a female, it might take a little bit longer, but you can always buy one of those electrical pumps to do it (which I have). The board is easy to get on and I am not that coordinated. It’s actually very easy to stay on. I like the fact that it comes with the extra paddle to use it as a kayak, you don’t see that very often with the paddleboard/kayaks, which I thought was odd considering the fact that it’s meant to also be used as a ‘kayak’. With the other brands I researched, I would have had to spend extra money on a kayak paddle. With this brand…you don’t. In regards to the good customer service… When I first put the kayak seat on it, the webbing in the back on one of the straps completely broke off making it useless…so be careful with that. I requested it to be returned because I Really had wanted to use the kayak seat and I didn’t want to buy another one off of Amazon for 40 something dollars. Typically, when you return something to Amazon, you get the return approval from Amazon and just take it down to Staples or the UPS store… But with this product you had to get approval from the manufacturer (which was fine). I totally forgot that I put in the request to have it returned (it’s only been maybe a week and a half), and today a new kayak seat showed up. I actually preferred the way that they did it because overall I love the product and was sad to have to return it and possibly re-order it or return it and wait for a new one to come in. It made so much more sense for them to send me a new kayak seat…which they did. So I’m super impressed by that. I would definitely purchase other things from this company. Not sure what else that they make but for the money, and the wonderful customer service this paddleboard/kayak is absolutely worth it. Don’t waste your time researching other ones like I did… Get this one. ... show more

I purchased this inflatable SUP because it had rave reviews and an easy kayak conversion was included. It is easy to inflate, a little challenging to tighten the valve before letting air out until I got the hang of it, and so much fun on the water. It's been choppy here so i've only used it with the kayak feature so far. It is rock solid and a blast. I had a quick question for customer service and my sister convinced me to call even though it was Saturday of a 3-day weekend. Frank answered the phone and helped me with my question and was incredibly nice. Within a few minutes, Frank's colleague, Nick, had emailed confirmation of our call. Thank you Frank and Nick for a great product and customer service. I'll be buying all my inflatables, etc. from you! ... show more
