  • Don’t waste your money!
Do not buy this product. Do not waste your money! I purchased this product 2 months ago and it broke—not from putting it together—but from the inside of the “motor” aka the large part that comes intact. On top of this machine not lasting 2 months, Amazon is charging me a restocking fee and keeping $70 of what I paid! It’s a total rip off all around. ... show more

  • Broke had for only 8 mo
It runs great but is hard to put together, I don't think I put it together the best, I had no one to help me. I have had it for 7 months and it broke, I think the belt broke because the petals won't move. It is not for someone who does a lot of cardio because it does not last. I do cardio five days a week because I have heart issues I want to keep healthy, LOL not now with this piece of junk. I think I will stop buying from Sunny in general, this is the 3 machine I have bought and they all break within a year. Sux I really liked this machine. If you want an everyday machine and do not have help putting it together DON'T BUY THIS!!!! ... show more

  • Stride 18 inches !!!
This elliptical is amazing for its price . First off I’m 5’8 about 145 lbs . In order for ellipticals to work for anyone over 5’5 you need a min 18 inch stride. This is perfect size for my apt not some big clunky machine that takes super space . And for the price I break insane amount to of sweat . It doesn’t not have all the bells and whistles that most do but the bottom line is it gives me the exact work out I need without creating a strain elliptical which short strides would do . Hope this helps to anyone over 5’5 took me a long time to find this one and I have zero regrets. ... show more

  • Good Value Purchase
I've owned this for about six months now and it gets used at least five times per week. Understand that I'm reviewing this based on the price and other equipment in this price range, give or take. Obviously, if you spend $2000 you will get a better product. I got one of the last ones available at that time (there was a rush for equipment then), but now it appears it is back in stock. Within this price range it's hard to beat this one. So, here's the good and the bad: The good: 1. Long stride length. It will be hard to find another in this price range with an 18" stride length. And it matters if you're tall. 2. Decent range of resistance, from low to high. Plenty for typical cardio (that can be a subjective I know). The highest setting could be just a touch harder, but it's certainly enough for most people. 3. I find it pretty sturdy. I keep it on a cheap, thin yoga mat, over tiled flooring. Doesn't wobble. I can't say for carpet. Now, more expensive means larger and therefore more sturdy; however, this is just fine. 4. So far, it's reasonably quiet. No squeaks. Eventually I'll need to lube some of the moving parts, but so far so good. 5. The handles and arms are a good range, for longer and shorter arms. And they actually work, in that the resistance can be felt through the handles if you're using them. 6. It's not too large and bulky. The pictures give a pretty accurate idea. One of the things to note is that you'll be about 2' up when you're on it. Tip: stand on your couch - if your head doesn't hit the ceiling you're good, with lots of room to spare. 7. It also goes backwards. This is actually a nice feature in this price range. 8. Generally, a good value ... it will certainly provide the cardio part of a workout program ... like all exercise equipment, the biggest component is the diligence to use it. This is absolutely usable. The bad: 1. The display is basically useless, other than the timer. Now, that doesn't really bother me as I'm not really trying to count calories or track my heart rate, but you're not going to get anything near accurate from the display. It doesn't mean you can't use the equipment for exercise though; it still does what it's supposed to do: provide resistance for cardio. 2. If you wear larger than a size 12 men's shoe, you will have a hard time fitting into the foot plate. I wear a size 12 men's and it's EXACTLY the right length and width. 3. The max weight limit is low. That doesn't matter to me, but it might to some others. 4. It is, quite literally, the hardest piece of self-assemble equipment I've ever put together. It can be done, obviously, but, wow ... it's quite the puzzle. 5. You can't change the ramp angle; however, you'll only get that in the higher end machines, so it's bit unfair to expect it in this price range. It might matter to some folks, though. 6. It's petty, but I really wish it had a bottle holder. You can rig something pretty easily, but I missed it more than I thought I would. Overall, a good value for home equipment in the current environment. If you want to keep costs reasonable and still be able to have a piece of cardio equipment at home, this one will do you. Frankly, you can spend thousands of dollars ... your heart, lungs, legs, and arms aren't going to actually work any harder with for the extra money, but something more expensive will probably last longer. This is pretty well built, but it's not going to last a lifetime or anything. ... show more

  • Great elliptical!
I was so worried after reading some reviews, however, most were about putting elliptical together. It did take my husband and I some time to complete but if you have patience this can be done. Love it. I try to use every morning just 15 minutes and it sure gives my arms a workout.

  • Still TBD... Awaiting a replacement.
I had this elliptical for about 2 months and during this time it was used about 4-5x/week for 30-45 mins each time. It was working great and I really enjoyed how it was running. I felt that I got a good consistent work out when using it and the tension knob really made things harder. The movement was smooth and the range of motion was sufficient (for someone who is 5'7", 145lbs). However this past week the elliptical suddenly just locked up and stopped working. I contacted Sunny Health and had some delays in getting a response from their end but eventually they told me to just reach out to Amazon for a refund or replacement. So I am currently awaiting a replacement product from Amazon and hopefully will have a better experience with the new one. I will update this review in another couple of months! ... show more

Out of a ten I give it a 9 on putting it together. Im 62 and of small body. But had a slight issue with the speed control knob as you have to pull it just right in order to attach. Called customer support and he was very patient. Got it together and had my Son just make sure bolts were tight. Use it everyday. ... show more
