Not to mention the fact that it took me about three minutes literally to put it together, all you do is snap a couple pieces together and it’s finished! I bought two of them and use one for a trash can outside and the second one to store beach towels in the summer and it worked great! Keeps all the beach towels clean and prevents them from getting dirty while also eliminating clutter from inside the house! Once you get them assembled they are nice. Getting them together was a bit more work than I thought. I know people like me, who needs instructions right? No check the instructions or you'll be trying to pull this thing apart without breaking it. Luckily they are sturdier than I feared. I got two of these for when I have guests over. One for garbage and one for recycling. They work great. Use (55 gallon I think) garbage bags though, keeps it cleaner. ... show more

I ordered the Cyberspace colored trash can to replace the one I bought several years ago. The can I had got daily use as a receptacle for bagged doggie poo. The can was in the back close to the door. It was waterproof and stink proof until I slammed down the lid with something blocking it and would not close tightly. The trash can I had was Java as were all my Suncast planters. There was no Java shown but the Cyberspace picture appeared black which would have worked great. This can was not black or even a dark gray - it was medium gray which really stands out with all the Java items in the backyard. I've had one for close to 4 years and it's held up very well out in the exposed Texas sun and rain. I just purchased another one for my outdoor kitchen and it's so handy! With all the potential "critters" out there, it's a huge plus to have a covered can and these stay closed quite well. (Yes, I try to empty the can of food packaging and scrapings from the griddle but sometimes it sits for a few days and I haven't had any wildlife mess with it so it stays closed nicely.) Also worth mentioning that I've never had these blow over even in strong winds - they are sturdy and stay in place just fine. Great addition to my outdoor kitchen for a neat, tidy look! ... show more
