Made to be used for open pit or campfire cooking, our grate has up-turned edges so that hotdogs and other food will not easily roll or fall off grill. It also has a wire handle as an insulation from heat. We included a nylon bag to contain the mess; simply carry it wherever your adventure takes you.
  • WITH LOCKING WIRE HANDLE: Easily adjust the heat on your meal with our grill's adjustable locking handle. The 15" x 22" grill could be adjusted up and down the 36" long stake to get just the right temperature. It can rotate 360 for simple access when loading or unloading food from the fire.
  • EASY TO USE AND MAINTAIN: This grill grate is equipped with a chrome finish, allowing you to clean it easily. This product is designed for many seasons of use, but proper maintenance is still necessary. To keep food from sticking to the grill grate, use cooking spray (apply spray to grate before placing over fire). To best maintain grill finish, use a scouring pad instead of a wire brush.

Adapted well to the high concrete fire rings used in Michigan State parks. The entire set is heavy duty steel construction, and should last for many years with some care. I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. He wanted a grill surface for above our fire pit at home and for fire rings on campsites. We tried this with steaks and asparagus directly on the grill surface and with a pot on top to warm up canned baked beans. This worked great and it's easy to adjust the height. This thing is a beast! Cooking grate is huge and could easily cook 30+ patties at once. Material will be a breeze to clean up. The stake is heavy duty and the storage bag is well built. I am thrilled with the quality and can't wait to use it for years to come.

This think is awesome. It works great to cook just about anything. Your wieners or brats won’t roll off the sides. I’ve loaded it with thick steaks and it handles the weight great. The case is a plus for storing in our RV.

I had been wanting a grill to be able to cook things over the fire. This thing is awesome! It comes with a nice little case to keep it together. It makes it easy to store and more compact. It’s only two pieces, it lets gravity keep it in place. No confusing mechanisms to adjust heights. Easy to use! Once you are done cooking it’s easy to turn away from the fire to begin letting it cool. It was more expensive than some others but so worth it! I highly recommend! ... show more
