It came very well packaged, I have it installed on 2019 Can Am Maverick as a replacement for the OEM winch. The mounting hole are spaced closer than the OEM, but used the supplied mounting plate to drill new holes at the proper spacing. The cable is slightly thicker than the original. Installed winch in pioneer 1000 SS January. In March machine got stuck in snow winch would not pull machine out . Then a week ago got stuck in mud and winch failed to pull machine out and now will not work. Looks great but definitely not HD

I installed the winch in July and it worked perfectly. In January I tested the winch again, since I never actually used it yet with a load. It would not release the cable, I would hear the click in the control module but nothing would happen. It would take in the cable fine. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a new control module with 2 remotes. Winch works perfectly once again. GREAT Customer support!!!! ... show more

I love the remote control operation, the nylon rope instead of steel cable. I love the included cable and hardware. It is very easy to use and it saves me time and effort, not to mention it was very economical. The green is cool too. That's what drew me.😊
