    • Unable to Clock the Winch Clutch Lever - Fixed!
I purchased this winch, Rough Country 9500-Lb Pro Series. After purchase and test fitting I discovered the clutch location didn't fit with my aftermarket bumper. I called Rough Country support and found out that the winch clutch cannot be clocked or rotated to a position allowing access and clearance. Most other brand winches allow clocking the clutch. So I'm in the process of returning it to Amazon. Update: I watched numerous YouTube videos of clocking other brands of Chinese winches. The clocking process was the same for all of them. Inexpensive addition to my Iron Rock Offroad front bumper on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Like some winches, it can't be "clocked" (rotation of the body to allow easier access to the clutch handle). I had to trim my grill anyway, so no big deal. Already used it to get unstuck while offroading. Worked absolutely fine. ... show more
