The media could not be loaded. This is my second steamer from this same company. I like how the rotating pads can get to the corners without having to change it to different heads. And it comes with other heads assigned for different cleaning purpose . I have a Samsung bot floor mop but at times it can’t get the corners I want so this is when this steamer comes handy. It's lightweight & it does spin..but it's one constant speed- SLOW ! Only good for quick cleanups in my opinion. Also very hard to find extra cleaning pads. Pay the extra & get a better brand that gives easy access to purchasing assortments of extra pads ! Really disappointing...

The media could not be loaded. I just bought a Sandoo steam mop a little while ago and it worked so well that I wanted to get another one to bring to a friend that could use one. I found this slightly different version with rotating mop heads and decided to give it a try. I had to do some assembly but it was a few easy snaps and took me 1:04 minutes (Yes, I timed it)! I love the telescoping handle that made it easier for a tall person like me. I did all the flooring on my main level and it was very easy to use. (One warning though is at first, when the pads were still dry, the machine sort of skidded over the floor and felt a little out of control. I thought I was doing something wrong. But once they got wet, they glide easily over the floor.) The cord is relatively long and will cover a regular size room but some of the larger rooms, I had to move it from one end to the other. One refill of water did a large portion of my house and I only had to fill the water twice. I love that it comes with many different accessories for cleaning a variety of items. I tried a few attachments and it was easy to switch among them. The window attachment cleaned all the junk and grease off my glass stove top easily. It hasn't looked that good in a while! I love how clean and sanitized my floors are after using the steam mop! I can't believe the amount of dirt that it scrubbed away and I always thought that I kept a very tidy house. I purchased this about 3 months ago, and was happy with the results. However, the unit stopped ejecting steam. I emailed the seller and they are sending a replacement free of charge, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars. I'll check back after I've used the replacement for a few months.

The first scrubber I received didn't scrub very well, the floor didn't get very clean. The company refunded the defective item, and sent a free replacement scrubber. The second scrubber seems more powerful in the motor, and did a better job of cleaning the floor. I would buy this product again.
