I moved into a new home last year and the floor never felt clean to me. I got this to see if it would clean our vinyl floor better then my swifter wet mop since it didn’t feel like it was getting everything. I was ecstatic that it did a great job of cleaning the kitchen floors that I went after the 2 bathrooms and entry way as well and they look so much cleaner and brighter, plus the unclean feeling is gone for good. I will be using this every time I clean for now on. I love this steam mop so much; it did a great job but the most important thing for me is that it is lightweight for easy use. The water is heated up to 230 degrees so nothing is left behind and with the swivel head on it makes it easy to get around object to clean. If you need to use it on other objects, it does convert to a hand held to clean areas around the house with the addition of 8 brush tips: Large and small round brush, ironing brush, flat brush, window brush, angle nozzle, scraping tool and the floor head. The water level is adjustable to what you need so you don’t have to have a full tank of water. I would recommend either filtered water or distilled water so it don’t calcify inside the mop to prolong the life of the mop.     • Works fine I guess
I've been in the market for a better mop, so when this came along I grabbed it. I'd only recently heard of the concept of a steam mop and I must say it's pretty neat. Basically you put some water into a container attached to the mop, which then boils it to create steam. The steam, theoretically, then heats up all the hard to get at dirt, loosening it and making it easy to clean, and without the need for any additional cleaning product. It does work, in theory. But it really stuck on gunk won't magically come off. It DOES come with quite a food extra tools to hook on, but the instructions are kinda vague what they are for and if they are to be used with the steamer or not. The main issue is that the amount of water goes quick. So you do have to refill it a lot if you're clearing a lot. Very interesting tool, regardless. I'd consider it a good supplement to, not a replacement for, standard mopping. ... show more

On opening the box and seeing the pieces I initially thought it would a little complicated to install until I got started. It was installed in 3 easy steps. The only slight annoyance is the mop head looks the same top and bottom so attaching it can take 2 attempts; they should have put a white dot or something to indicate which side was the top. What I was very impressed with is the cord hooks that rotate inwards so you can quickly get the cord out when you want to use it instead of having to unravel it which can take some time. Look at my photos to see what I mean. Using it was super easy too. After filling it with water and turning on the steaming action is almost instantaneous. What I did notice is you have to wait for to reach some optimal steam output phase before it evenly distributes the steam on your surface. Otherwise you'll just see a smaller strip that's wet as you move the mop head up and down. My wooden flooring and bathroom tiles never felt cleaner. Very happy with this! ... show more

This Neobot steam mop is a cleaning champ! No harsh chemicals, this baby uses just hot steam to blast away dirt and grime. It's got attachments for practically everything - floors, grout, windows, even my couch! It's super easy to use and gets into all those nooks and crannies. Plus, it's lightweight and the long cord gives me a good length of cleaning before I have to change the plug. The small water tank means more refills, but honestly, it's a small price to pay for a good steam cleaner, recommended! ... show more

    • So happy with this steam mop
I have synthetic hardwood floors and vacuum every week. I even have a microfiber mop that I sometimes use to pick up the dust that settles on it. Yet, despite cleaning it regularly, there’s a layer of dust that I never seem to be rid of. But after trying this steam mop, it actually feels clean to my bare feet for the first time in years. I never knew that such a thing could be used on my floors, but now it’s one of my favorite cleaning devices. I also used it on my kitchen floors, bathroom floors, and everywhere there are no carpets. It’s great, easy to use, and really feels like it picks up a lot of dirt and grime. We have hard water here in Los Angeles, so I use reverse osmosis-filtered water to ensure the internal parts don’t calcify. I would suggest this, or distilled water to prolong the life of this product. But overall, great little device I wouldn’t be without now. ... show more

This steam mop is lightweight and really easy to use. The reusable cloth goes onto the base easily, and is a good size so you have good coverage area when mopping. You just add water to the reservoir, flip the power switch, and turn the steam knob to whatever setting you want. Within seconds, it’s steaming and ready to mop. I use distilled water so I don’t have to worry about scale buildup anywhere in the mop. I haven’t made much use of the attachments, but they’re a nice bonus. I really liked this. It was nice and lightweight. It has a ton of different attachments. The only thing that bother me is it only came with one mop pad, so will have to get more.

    • Replacement pads.
This was easy to put together and pops into place without any tools. It heats up quickly with a good amount of steam to kill bacteria and is easy to use. My only complaint is that it only comes with one pad which can be washed, but this is not a model that is sold in the stores so how can we find a replacement for the pad if needed? I guess at that point you might have to get a whole new mop. ... show more
