The media could not be loaded. This steam cleaner is very easy to set up. Also, it is very lightweight and easy to operate. All you have to do is pour the right amount of water into the cleaner. Turn on the power switch and adjust to the desired level. I wish I could show you the end result, but if I posted the whole video, the file would be too large. I had a name brand steam cleaning mop that broke a few years ago and I've been without one. I've been looking for a new one and decided to give this one a try because the price was very good. I was surprised how small the box was and realized I had to do some assembly but it was four easy snaps and took me 1:36 minutes (Yes, I timed it)! I love that it comes with many different accessories for cleaning a variety of items. Although there were descriptions of each tool, I wasn't sure how to use it to clean my carpet, which is what I really wanted to do to disinfect my area rug from my dog's recent accident. There was nothing in the instruction manual and I had to look at the Amazon ad to figure out that the white pad was for rugs**. Other than that lack of information, it was very easy to use and did a great job. I then did all the flooring on my main level and it was very easy to use. It glides easy over the floor. The cord is relatively long and will cover a small room but for some of the larger rooms, I had to move it from one end to the other. One refill of water did a large portion of my house and I only had to fill the water twice. I love how clean and sanitized my rugs and floor are after using the steam mop! I am so glad to have this tool after being without one for many years. I look forward to trying some of the little gadgets next. **I did contact the company regarding the lack of information in the manual (although it was clearly stated on the Amazon ad) and they were very responsive and said they would update the user manual. I kept seeing advertisements for steam mops for floors. I’ve been in my home for eight years and am the original owner. Can’t blame the dirt on a previous owner but I do blame my dogs! I decided to try this brand because I own a hair dryer from them and absolutely love that so seemed like a safe bet. It was incredibly easy to assemble. Couldn’t have taken two minutes. After filling it with water, I turned it on and thought it was broken. I didn’t realize the power light was on but after actually reading the instructions, I knew what to look for. Once the water heated up, it started making a noise (water boiling? I don’t know). I decided to try it out on a small square of my bathroom ceramic tile. I chose this bathroom tile because it hides the dirt but unfortunately, the grout doesn’t. The photo doesn’t do it justice. The tile itself is super clean. The area I cleaned has a nice, soft gray grout now. The rest of the bathroom was darker and uneven based on the amount of dirt the area had absorbed. After wasting so much money on Bono and Swifter I was looking for something that sanitized with out and chemicals because we have a crawling baby in the house. This is perfect. The white pads will definitely make you question how clean you think your house is because they look black after mopping. All I could think is GROSS. Be careful with the blue pads because they are easier but the floor is much more wet and takes a little longer to dry. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to ditch the purchase of all the disposable mopping supplies. This steam mop is perfect for my carpet and hard floors. It comes with a carpet attachment which is very useful so I don’t have to buy a carpet cleaner. Their customer service also responds quick and are very helpful if needed!
