The extension bar snapped in half on first use. Also the base has to be held if using any of the larger attachments, and is quite inconvenient. Would rate zero stars if I could.

I received this around 11/15. It’s 11/27 and I went to use it as a mop for the second time and the extension pole is cracked. The handheld part and all the tools have been great. I got an extremely dirty glass patio door sparkling clean, it got the inside of the oven door spotless, great for steam cleaning walls, doors, baseboards etc. but I am super bummed the mop extension broke already. The steam cleaner is made from high-quality, sturdy plastics and comes with a wide variety of accessories, which add versatility and make it suitable for different cleaning tasks. However, there are several functional drawbacks that make it less user-friendly. Firstly, it is quite heavy. While this is manageable for floor cleaning, using it for other surfaces quickly tires the arm. The cord storage in the base is a great idea but need to be improved because the base is unbalanced, so be cautious when attaching accessories to the tip. The steam is powerful. Overall, while the materials and accessories are high-quality, the design need some improvement . On the other hand the customer service is very responsive, which is a big plus! ... show more

I bought a corded steamer. That was a big mistake. I have to move the steamer from room to room. Unfortunately once you unplug the steamer you have to wait to use it until it cools down and then wait for it to heat up again. It does clean well but once I’m cleaning I want to keep going until finished. I will say this, it does come with a lot of cleaning tool attachments. I was hoping do so much with my steam mop, I’m disappointed to say the very least. It is built well, and the quality seems good, however the fact that it won’t keep working once unplugged and plugged back in after a couple of minutes is a downfall😞 ... show more

If you haven't gotten a steam mop I mean what are you waiting for. This one is my all-time favorite I was not a fan in the beginning of steam mops but when I got this product I've just become literally obsessed. It cleans my floors it does not need harsh chemicals of course if I wanted to I can throw something on the ground I can but it cleans my floors, and not only that it cleans my walls, my cabinets. My stove countertop looks gorgeous and brand new, so what are you waiting for get one!! ... show more

The thing would not even spit steam right out of the box. I had to return it right after we opened it due to it not functioning. The handle is built kind of cheaply and when it heats up which it does pretty quick, it gets extremly hot. Bought it as a birthday gift for my wife and she didn’t even get to use it.
