The tiles and grout look perfect after using this little machine and one of the scrubbing attachments. After, I just wiped the moisture off with a microfiber and everything was shiny and clean! I didn't have to use any chemical products, so I'm loving this little guy! The tank is small, but that was easy to just refill and instantly it's ready to use again.     • Small but mighty
We have been getting into the spring cleaning spirit this past month and decided we wanted to give steam cleaning a try on the tougher spots. We chose this one because it in the middle of available steamers based on features and power. We didn't need anything fancy but wanted it to be effective. Upon opening the steamer, we were pleased with the size, it's fairly compact but offers a lot of adjustability and power for our needs. One big positive, unit heats up fast so you're ready to go almost immediately. The unit also holds a lot more water than its size would suggest. The hose is plenty long to allow a lot of flexibility to reach the hard to get spots. The only downside is the plastic retains its form from shipping and likes to coil back on itself. I'm expecting it to loosen up with use. The attachments are also very useful places where grime has just built up over time. I have not used the wire brush yet, so I'm unsure on if there's any concern about scratching surfaces, your milage may vary. This is the perfect steamer for general home use, helps make the hard jobs easier. ... show more

This steam cleaner is perfect for small spaces around the house. The steam heats up in seconds and the hose is long so you can move around as you go with ease. I love that it's lightweight, portable and quick to refill. It also leaves sinks and stainless steel appliances so shiny! This little steamer comes with the essential/necessary accessories, gloves included!. I bought it mainly to clean the bathroom, specially the shower area and, why not, the toilet too. In both cases it did a very good job, see attached pictures (before/after) of the shower. The tank capacity is enough to clean the whole shower walls and more. The water heats up very quickly and the so called " touch screen " is pretty basic but functional. Be careful, though, the hose and the metal nose/extension tube becomes very hot!     • Powerful little steam cleaner
I was looking for a steam cleaner mainly for the grout lines on my floors. I have tried steam mops in the past but they do not seem to clean the grout lines very well, or at all for that matter. This product is excellent for just that purpose. The water storage capacity is pretty solid, I was able to get almost half of my living room done with one tank. It has 6 levels of steam output and I chose level 4 which put out a lot more steam then I thought. The brush attachments are great for scrubbing. I used the small plastic bristle brush since I felt like the metal bristle one would remove the grout. No need to scrub hard, let the steam do the work. I'm quite confident I can use this steam cleaner on multiple surfaces without damage. ... show more

This steam cleaner is very simple to use and works really well. Way smaller than I thought it would be but that's a good thing, it's easily portable. Love the fact I don't have to use harsh chemicals! Happy with my purchase.
