Ironically, the same day I began to unbox this product, I spilled my coffee mug contents across two chairs and the carpet (see 1st picture). + Instructions advise you on which attachment to use for different issues. This is something you must keep handy so you don't cause damage to an item by using the incorrect steamer attachment. + The steamer helps ensure the "stain" does not set. -- On a similar note, the steamer does NOT clean up the mess. You can see in my 2nd picture that the carpet attachment (blue) and ironing towel (white) for furniture material are dirty, but not by much. After I was done steaming the heck out of chairs and carpet, I went back over it with a cloth (3rd pic) and there is a lot more spilled coffee to soak up. You cannot leave it there or you will get staining. It might not be as dark due to having added all the steam/water from this unit, but the spilled liquid is not picked up. I had to go back over it with a cup of water and my wet-vac to actually clean up the spill. + It does heat up fast and there is an indicator light on the front that changes to green when hot enough. + I appreciate the child safety button. OVERALL: It's a good steamer that will fight against stains from staining. You still need another method to actually clean up the stain after loosening it up with this steamer. ... show more

The machine takes about eight minutes to start up with full tank of water. Once it started you'll get more than enough steam to get the job done. The machine comes with all kind of accessories for different applications. The machine is easy to use only one trigger with a child safety lock. The steam is hot. You need to pay attention while you use it. I fill up the machine with full of water. I clean the trash can, the stove,the dishwasher,the refrigerator ,and exhaust hood. See photos. It takes about an hour. After I finish it still has water left inside the tank. The size of machine is about three to four bigger than the handheld steamer. The machine is so powerful and worth for the money. Happy with this steamer. It makes cleaning so much easier. ... show more

This is a nice size home spot steam cleaner. I am old and I found it easy to carry and move about. It has proven great for cleaning spots on my carpet. Very pleased with the little unit.

    • Ruined my car seat

I used the attachment for a chair/car seat on my car's driver seat. Even after waiting for the steam to start, I began to clean the seat and water poured out and soaked the seat. It left very noticeable water spots on the seat. I would not recommend it.

    • creates lots of very hot steam
This is not a carpet/upholstery cleaner. It is a steamer. It emits tons of steam, but does no then vacuum it up. I ordered this after a kitchen fire to steam the soot off of y walls and ceilings before repriming and painting. Oh wow, did it do a good job. The tank is plenty large enough to work a small project. This is a good thing because you cant just easily refill it because the steam gets too hot to open the reservoir during operation. However, once it has cooled down, you can refill, which is very easy to do because there is a well surrounding the reservoir opening so that you don't spill water all over while using. The attachment set is awesome. I have used the large floor attachment ( you have to affix the microfiber cloth to the attachment , which is awkward) and the wall squeegee attachment. Both worked perfectly. There are also several attachments for spot cleaning. This thing emits tons of steam so be careful not to scald with some of the larger attachments. The biggest complaint I have is with the wheels. They roll too easily. This is great for floor cleaning. The cord is super long so you can easily pull the machine from one room to another even. However, if you put it on a counter, table or chair to reach higher spaces, then the machine rolls off way too easily. It seems to be able to take a beating because it fell from the counter to the floor multiple times BUT, I would prefer it did not fall. I am not really sure what I will do with this machine next. But it worked perfectly for degreasing and desooting my walls and if you have a similar issue, I would highly recommend it. ... show more

I have wanted a steamer for a long time. I have these stubborn curtains in my office that no matter how many times I wash and dry them one is always wrinkled. I decided to test this out on it to see if that would get rid of the problem and it worked!! The device lights up green when it’s ready, although you shouldn’t use it right away because it needs a longer time to heat up to be able to use it for longer. Some water will come out at first so be aware of that, then the steam will come out shortly after. There are a lot of accessories for various purposes. The one thing I didn’t love was how it needed to heat up every time after minimal use before it would be ready again and turn green. It definitely made the process go longer than I wanted it to. I also wish the funnel was larger as it’s a little too small/short and water splashed out of it very easily while trying to fill the reservoir. Overall it’s pretty good but feels overpriced and I wish it was more time efficient. ... show more
