So this is not as user friendly for the handheld part of it. It does work and it does heat up within a good portion of time and you do get steam out of it. But I have a very tiny kitchen floor and I used all of the water and steam in one time and didn't quite finish steaming my floor. Easy to assemble & quick to use. I really enjoyed the steam mop function for our stone floor. Great variability for heat/steam levels with easy dial. Not very durable. Unfortunately the awesome jet stream of powerful steam stopped after only a few short months, after taking it out of the closet randomly it simply wouldn't make steam. Only had it 4 months, used 3× per week. I turn it on, the light is green & the pump sounds like it's working but no steam comes out, only some water drops. It has a valve cover on the back (again, easy to see, use, and clean) but that hasn't fixed the issue. I really hoped with all the attachments this would be good value for the money. ... show more

For the floor it does the job. When you try to wash the wall or ceiling, the steem works for 5 seconds, then only hot air comes out.
