1. It took almost a week to get here. 2. The steam production is weak. I will be returning this weak steam mop. I live in Florida in a home that is ceramic tile throughout. My old steam mop died and I saw this one on sale. I received it after 6 days. I am a Prime member and expected it much quicker. But whatever it got here. It went together easily. Filled it up and plugged it in. The steam production is weak at best. Barely got enough steam to get through pad to clean the floor ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is my first steamer and I have to say I’m impressed. It was super easy to assemble, the weight is light so it’s not hard to use it. I love the fact that the handle could be curved and I don’t need to band my back to clean under my furnitures. I needed tool to clean my tiles and grout and it works amazing. You can do so many things with this little thing that impressed me. My floors never were clean like that it’s insane. I love it worth every penny ... show more

I was very excited about this and loved all the attachments. I was happy with the amount of steam and how easy it was to use. But after the 2nd time it quit working. No steam at all. We did all the suggested trouble shooting but nothing has worked. I missed the return deadline so in the trash it goes. :( After contacting the company they sent me a brand new in a timely manner. Product works amazingly, in less than 5 minutes had all the crayon off the walls!! Sanitized the floors. It does get hot but that's expected. Works wonders when you have kids in the house. Lightweight, and easy to use. I recommend the eucalyptus and mint demineralized water it smells good!

    • SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA FOR A GOOD QUALITY BRAND

When I received the steam mop I thought it felt really cheaply made but decided to give it a try anyways. Not very surprised but I was only able to use this product one time. Despite following directions and using the correct water and recommended amount of white vinegar and thoroughly cleaning it after use, I went to use it a second time a week or two after the first time I used it and now the indicator light turns red and it won’t heat up anymore. Luckily I discovered this within the return window but save your money, set a couple extra bucks aside and put the money towards a name brand that will actually last. ... show more
