The price was the selling feature to finally getting one of these. It’s working so well. I have a laminate floor in my kitchen and this gets in spots I can’t with a regular mop, I luv all the attachments to use it for so many things. Let me start by saying I have never owned or tried a steam mop. However, I've heard great things about them with difficult to clean tile, etc. When I saw this one with all of the attachments, I figured I'd give it a shot, especially for $60 on Black Friday. Did I expect miracles? No. Did I have higher hopes...yes, probably higher than they should have been. I got new tile in my bathroom and it is SUCH a pain to clean so I figured this might be the next best thing to hand scrubbing the tile. I tried it and noticed zero difference. I then tried it again this morning and added a little vinegar to the mix, which actually did seem to help a little but still not as much as I'd hoped. Just for the heck of it, I also tried it on the tile in the other bathroom. The grout is a dark shade of yuck (the tile/grout is really old) and tried it with just the standard mop instead of the attachment since others seem to have had success. I noticed zero difference after 10 passes in one area. I decided to at least give it one more shot with one of the attachments to clean just the grout. I decided not to bother when I saw a burn mark on the mop head from steaming the two very small bathrooms. At that point, I just decided I'm done with it and am returning it. Photo of the mop head with burn mark attached. I also included a photo of the tile with the darkened grout. If you see the far right next to the tub...that's the color the grout is supposed to be. I focused on the grout surrounding the line of tile neighboring that area to get a good comparison. As you can see, the grout is the exact same color as the grout towards the left, which is the un-mopped side. ... show more

I LOVE the long cord and the fact that it is about a second to get hot and there is no waiting to cool down to refill, it is so lightweight and simple plus has the detergent area, it stands up by itself without falling over and runs long enough to do an entire room, is hot enough to get the job done I absolutely LOVE IT! I came back to buy another but i missed the great black friday sale this time i got my original at 1/2 off what an amazing deal no lie id pay twice the price for this!! i only used the floor mop i have not used just the hand held part but no mop buckets and lightweight its fantastic and long cord!! i have a Haan steamer on wheels I love it for cleaning everything but i hate having to get all the attachments out to then clean floors and i burn my hands changing attachment parts so a separate floor cleaner is so nice. ... show more

Loved it at first & works wonders. However the pole to steam the floors broke at the connection and was very weak. It broke just by pushing it around and didn’t last the whole year. Still use the steamer without the floor attachments.

Edited: I originally was so discouraged because the steamer I received was not working properly and appeared to be not as advertised. I was very critical. One of the representatives reached out to me apologized, and offered to send me a new steamer and personally plan a call to walk through instructions and aid in making sure the new product works properly! She was so respectful and considerate and it completely changed my heart on the matter! Definitely a business with integrity and I place a lot of value in that. If you have any issue at all just reach out to the seller and consider giving it a second try. They will right the situation. Original Review: As a mom, I almost never spend money on myself, and should I even count spending $90 on a steam cleaner a gift to MYSELF? Probably not, especially with the product I received. I’ve been so excited to receive this steamer. I researched several over the span of a week before choosing the 10 in 1 steamer. I put it together as soon as it arrived. I’ve used it 4 times now and have not managed to successfully clean one area. I tried my bathtub, front door, and base boards. It is not near as strong as it’s advertised. Steam spits out about half the time and will build up and shoot off the attachment. It literally blows the attachment off if I turn it all the way up to try and get more pressure to clean. It’s just weak. I don’t know how else to explain it and I truly can not believe I spent $90 for it and for it to go on sale the next day for $60 it should be priced $60 all the time and to me it’s not even worth that. Maybe I received a bad product. I never have to write negative reviews but it truly deserved it. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt but it doesn’t do half of what it advertised and what I needed for our home. ... show more
