The bench worked fantastic, I was concerned for a bigger sized guy as myself but I fit perfectly, the bench is perfectly adjustable in height to fit myself perfectly under the bar. I have been doing workouts on this for the last couple months and it has held sturdy and consistent! No safety concerns bench pressing 200 pounds and carrying my body thats another 200 pounds! This bench is very sturdy and easy to assemble. The foot portion only holds smaller weights, however, I was lucky to have some so it wasn’t a deal breaker.
