I don't typically write reviews, but I have to share this one! I had looked for the perfect patio furniture to go behind my RV. I looked on Wayfair and here on Amazon. When I stumbled on this one, I knew it was exactly what I wanted. Only challenge, I didn't have the funds at the time, so I kept my eye on it, and as soon as the money came in, I went to make my purchase. Wouldn't you know it, though, the price went up that very morning! I was so bummed. I looked on Amazon, and found a similar set close to the price I had seen here. I could have bought it there, but I just felt I was supposed to buy from this seller. So I asked them if they could help me out. Because I had just missed the cut-off, they were happy to do what they could. It was a little tricky because inventory had gotten low — that's why the price changed ... people love these! — but they pulled some strings and made it happen. When they delivered the furniture, it arrived a whole week before expected! Everything came together beautifully — it's absolutely stunning, and so comfortable! It has completely transformed my patio and made the most amazing sanctuary. I also love how the glass table top doesn't just rest on the top of the table. It actually nestles within its walls, so it fits firmly in place and doesn't move. Other sectionals I had looked at had the glass on top, and people complained about it shifting. This one's secure. I also love the rounded back cushions, as opposed to the flat ones. They're much more comfortable, and look better. I did add some velcro sheets to hold them in place, just because it can get a little windy where I am. But that was a cheap, simple fix. Putting it together takes a bit of time, but the directions are very clear and simple. Fortunately, I had friends here at my campground to help out. When we got to the last piece, though, that's when we found one of the panels was incorrect. I reached out to the seller, and they promptly shipped out the correct panel immediately. These things happen, and the fact that they took care of it so quickly, really impressed me. I was also impressed with how they kept their word on crediting me with the best possible price. It showed a lot of integrity. And communication was a breeze! The seller is extremely prompt in responding, very courteous, and very pleasant to work with. All this to say, I am SOO glad I bought my furniture here! Every bit of it — the quality of the piece, and the quality of the customer service — were top notch. If you're going to buy patio furniture, don't waste your time elsewhere. This is the place to get it!! ... show more

    • Nice set for the price with fast delivery
After searching for a simple patio sectional for my backyard, I found this one and it hasn’t disappointed. The build quality is about what others are on the market but it is significantly cheaper and the seller was great when on of the boxes had a wrong piece. It does take time to put assembled alone but with two people it should be pretty quick. The cushions are very comfortable for all day sitting. I would recommend adding a seat grip mat or velcro strip to keep the bottoms in place, but that is needed for most outdoor furniture. Overall a great addition to the patio. ... show more

Like other reviews, say the instructions are garbage. The video wasn’t very helpful either but I think this is because some of my pieces were not labeled with letters so I had to just figure it out. Took about four hours solo from start to finish. Nice quality cushions are thick and comfortable. The wicker is a plastic material should probably last 5 to 7 years if you’re looking for high-quality this is not it you would need to spend $1000 or more to get a piece that was long lasting. ... show more

Just when you think they screwed you, the other package shows up 2 days later. Also the cushions slide around. Hard to keep them on the couch especially in windy areas. Gonna try Velcro
