    • I just got these bands, but I am already really impressed
I Just got these bands and gave them their first workout and wow, I’m already impressed! I have had a couple of sets of bands that I have been using this last year as my Gym has not reopened due to the pandemic... I use resistance bands for a pretty intense workout about 5 days a week. Right out of the box I knew that these were going to be a big improvement over my old set... Which is very much the worse for wear after about 9 months. What I like: The carabiners are attached to the handles not the bands! This is so much better... the bands seem really sturdy and have a nice hefty metal ring that easily goes into the carabiner. You can grab multiple bands at once and attach them to the handle really fast and easy. I wish all bands did this. The handles have a nice grip and feel really sturdy. Not much else to say about it, they’re great! The ankle straps are the stuff! They are well padded, easy to put on and the Velcro seems pretty solid. They have the same smart carabiner design as the handles and you could probably use them as wrist straps too. What else... The door anchor. It has a nice chonk of rubber that does the job and it looks well made, but the really nice bit is on the loop you feed the bands through, it has a little padded elbow which makes it easier to make small adjustment to the bands... It may also help with wear and tear on the bands... I guess time will tell, which brings me to the last impressive thing: It comes with a one year warranty! This is not something I’ve seen before in a set of bands, I’ve only given these bands one workout... it was a heavy one and they felt great to use and I can’t say enough about the carabiner thing... under a lot of resistance it makes the movement so much smoother, and makes switching between the handles and ankle straps really fast and easy. Oh, it comes with a nice work out training guide in the box too... and they emailed me a more detailed PDF as well. So far I’m super impressed! ... show more

    • I didn’t read the description and this won’t work without a gym already
I wish there was a way to set this up without a hole gym. Unless I decide to attach an anchor in my ceiling (which I’ve really debated) there is no reason to buy this unless you already have a home gym. If you have a gym at your place/condo I advise that you just get over your fear of not being enough because honey you’re enough do what makes you feel the best! This doesn’t come with anything but the parts for the cable and pull bar, you’ll need to have weights or buy weights and have a good place (home gym or get creative) to set it up! (: ... show more

    • Nice set for a good price
I’m very pleased with this resistance band set. It’s compact and has a nice bag for storage or travel. It seems well made and the handle clips snap on and off easily. The surfaces are smooth and the handles are comfortable. The bands are different diameters but they are all the same length so they can be used together to achieve greater resistances. There are no specific instructions on how to use the door anchor I assume because most people who use resistance bands know how to use it. I looked online and found some basic useful information. Open the door and push the anchor through the hinged side of the door. Close the door so the “ball” on the end is on the opposite side you want to use the bands on. If you are pulling in the same direction the door opens it is best to lock or even deadbolt the door. Do not connect the resistance band directly to the door anchor. Use and ankle band to connect with the door anchor and then connect the resistance band to the ankle band. So far I am happy with this set of bands and they are a reasonable price. They seem strong and durable. I see some complaints of a band breaking but I see the same complaints on the most expensive sets of bands. I have not combined bands yet……need to get a bit stronger for that level of resistance! ... show more

This thing is great!!! Hooked it up to a pull-up bar in a doorway and it does the job. My only complaint is the weights tend to swing out of control. Not sure how to fix that

    • Just what you need
Just what I was looking for. Works great when using it while connected to a pull up bar. The only downside about this product is that the pay pull-down bar is super narrow which is basically unusable. Other than that, would definitely recommend
