Using for my TRX in my garage. The quality is solid and once you mount to a ceiling stud the ring is not going anywhere. I started with a small 3/32 drill bit pilot hole with my drill and worked my way up to a 1/4 drill bit and then installed the mounting bolts with a socket/ratchet wrench.
