The pieces are all commercial grade. The V-pulldown attachment and the V-Shaped Lat Row attachment are very thick and sturdy and have a very comfortable rubber grip. The chrome coating also makes them very attractive. I give the package a thumbs up and recommend it.

These are super solid. Heavy. The finish quality is meh, the chrome plating isn’t worth extra money IMO on this if you are debating the black and it’s inside. The rubber spins on some pieces which bugged me a little but I bought a cheaper alternative and decided to keep this set after comparing. You won’t break it! Synopsis: This bar is a must have for anyone with a cable system hoping to train arms, lats, back, delts, and much more. I bought this bar for my girlfriend’s garage gym I built. We have a pulley system in the gym and needed a way to hit a variety of lat positions, arms, a variety of back positions, and much more. The bar is incredibly sturdy and feels great in your hands. The grips are truly gripy and even in the heat of North Carolina summers, I never need to chalk up to use the bar (unless I work off the grips).
