    Already mostly assembled. It is a little heavier than I expected. Glad my son in law was there to help me get it out of the box and unfolded. Sturdy built. My wife and I have been using it for 2 weeks, 3 times a week and have already noticed an improvement in flexibility and waist line ( modest improvement) the exercises are fairly simple and easy to adjust the resistance.     I've been using this machine for over a month, it is giving me a decent workout routine. I had to get away from free weights to due the strain on my joints so I am giving this a try. I must say It dues challenge me a bit and it is giving me what I need at the moment.

    The total gym is so great. I couldn’t afford one online from their website but this one was affordable at under $500 with all the props. As I have disabling conditions that no longer allow me to work out the way I used to, this thing relieves my pressure on my body and allows me a full workout with full range of motion pain free.
