Good quality equipment, especially for the price. Instructions were definitely very unclear on how to set it up. Had to take off some screws and parts a few times but eventually got it. This thing arrives in two extremely shabby boxes that are basically torn to shreds. So you immediately know what you're in for. After unpacking it became clear that several pieces of hardware were missing and there were no instructions to be found anywhere (in box or online). In addition the missing bolts are a large metric size which means that they're not commonly available at the average big box hardware store.     • Perfect size for my small home gym
This is a little smaller than most of the plate loaded cable crossover machines on the market but it works well for me because I have a small gym in one of my spare bedroom. There was a some friction at first but I used some zipper lubricant on it so now it's much smoother. I tried silicone spray and WD40 but they don't stay on as long as zipper lubricant which is also safe to use on metal and plastic. ... show more

Put it together in a couple hours by myself. Would have easier with a 2nd person. My only gripe is the pulleys, they suck. I replaced them with better ones. New pullies cost a 1/3 of the price of the machine, so overall a pretty good value.

The Signature Fitness Cable Crossover machine was easy to assemble. The operation is smooth for both upper and lower pulleys. I highly recommend this. You can't find a better machine for the money.
