The media could not be loaded. We were missing 6 pieces total. I contacted two people from this company and their solution is to contact Amazon to get a return. After we spent half a day assembling (and spent more money at the hardware store to get it set up) they want us to take the whole thing down and send it back. There were only 4 steps in the instructions, they are very vague, so assembly is challenging. There is no product list so you have to guess at which screws go where. After assembling, the machine wobbles at the connection for the posts. Leading to about 1 ft of give at the top of the machine. Still works but can lead to tipping at higher weight.

I see some people had issues with the instructions but I fail to see that issue. I had it put together in about 30-45 minutes going over everything twice to make sure all was good. All the parts were there. I would suggest getting some plate spacers for the weight "sleds" but other than that, so far, I'm very happy with my purchase. ... show more

Good quality equipment, especially for the price. Instructions were definitely very unclear on how to set it up. Had to take off some screws and parts a few times but eventually got it.     • Perfect size for my small home gym
This is a little smaller than most of the plate loaded cable crossover machines on the market but it works well for me because I have a small gym in one of my spare bedroom. There was a some friction at first but I used some zipper lubricant on it so now it's much smoother. I tried silicone spray and WD40 but they don't stay on as long as zipper lubricant which is also safe to use on metal and plastic. ... show more
