This steamer is great for cleaning so far. Extremely easy to use and switch parts. It doesn’t get super hot but it gets hot enough for basic cleaning. Had difficulty cleaning grease but that’s it. The cord is very long and the steamer itself is light and easy to use.

This seems to work well enough but be ready to figure it out yourself, the instructions are of no help. In a picture the parts are labeled numerically but no where does it say what any number represents. Part #4 is just #4 and so on. Probably not a problem for anyone who has ever used a steamer before but I was a novice. ... show more

Discovered somehow bedbugs got in my bed, probably from an injury to my arm, which had open wounds that took a week to heal up. Tried all the so called remedies that don't work. Bought this streamer and it worked great. Steamed my mattress and could see it working, steamed it again and only saw 2 stragglers. Wish I would of known it was this easy. ... show more

For a small, compact steamer, this is great. I bought it to take out some pet stains on a rug. (My cat takes mouthfuls of food and put them on the rug to eat. Weirdo.) The wide attachment in the picture was the perfect size. Unfortunately, by the 2nd use, the pads started coming off. I think the glue they use to hold the scouring pads can't hold up to steam; oddly enough. The rest of the attachments are great. I'm steaming my curtains for the first time because I have this. Also, the smaller, stiffer bristle attachments work great on some glue stains on old hard wood floors. Overall, it's a good tool to have. Just 1 attachment really sucks. Still very worth the money for all the jobs I get out of it. ... show more

    • This is more a pain in the neck than a functional steam cleaner
purchased this so I could steam clean some areas before I put my house on the market. The water reservoir is so small (probably does not even hold 8 oz). that after less than 2 minutes of cleaning, I had to refill the reservoir. After 30 minutes of constantly having to stop to refill the tank, I went and purchased a "real" steam cleaner. This is fine if you intend to keep it in your car or office for very tiny jobs, but it is not worth the price I paid. ... show more
