My car has Carplay, but not wireless carplay. For those of you who want a magsafe car mount for use with youre WIRED Carplay, this is it. It's sturdy, doesn't feel cheap, the magnets are strong enough to support my 14 pro max without issue. The suction is amazing and the included metal plates for phone chargers is wonderful! I'm not sure why the top reviewer is freaking out over this not being a charger, that's entirely the point. I like phone having somewhere to sit while also using carplay. This covers that considering magsafe chargers do not work with carplay unless you have a wireless-carplay compatible vehicle. Packaging is great, it's about what you expect for a phone mount. Assembly is also great. Pros: + Doesn't have a stupid magsafe charger for those who want to use their carplay + Suction works great on textured dashboards + Very strong magnets + Easy to adjust with multiple levels of adjustments + Doesn't feel cheap + Includes a magnet on the back to allow your charging cable to stick to! Cons - I would've liked to see a few more angles in the arm, it has plenty, but can't really fine tune it - the extension arm is a tiny bit looser than I'd like to see - Only two of the metal plates included for the charge cable and unsure where to get more - No alignment magnet. While this is a pro and con, it's more so a con. It requires a few seconds more of alignment to get it level but at the same time, allows you to mount the phone however you wish Overall, I'm from Wisconsin and our roads aren't the best and my phone hasn't fell once. 9.5/10 would recommend over any other brand. ... show more

I really wanted to love this product but it’s hard when my phone keeps flying off the mount. I’m typically a huge supporter of Spigen products but I think this one missed just a little. I love the build quality of the mount itself, I liked how they engineered it to stay snuggly attached to my air vent. I also loved the rhinestones on it. But the magnets are just not strong enough for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. My phone is HEAVY so when I hit smaller bumps in the road, my phone will fly off the mount and crash to the floor. I do have a MagSafe case on my phone, so I’m putting partial blame on my case (CaseMate) because I haven’t tested it with my bare phone yet. But considering the phone’s weight I’m not very confident the mount will do better. Little disappointed. ... show more

Product looks and feels sturdy. Bought to hold an iPhone 13 Pro and mounted it to the windshield of my car. The MagSafe phone holder fell off of the windshield a day after it was mounted. I cleaned the inside of the windshield again with rubbing alcohol to make sure it would adhere to the glass. A few hours after I had remounted it to the windshield, it fell off of the windshield again and ended up breaking the glass screen of my iPhone 13 Pro. ... show more

So far so good it lasted a pretty harsh summer with temps well over 100 degrees Fahrenheit for weeks at a time. It keeps a sold magnetic grip of my 13 pro with a MagSafe case. For installation I cleaned the window surface then whips it down with alcohol then wipe the streaks away with a microfiber cloth. Hold it firmly against the window for a minute or two then suction it down. It has never come off even once. I tried the Belkin vent mount but it not only felt cheap and weaker magnets but also put stress on the vents and I didn’t want that. I will update this review after the upcoming winter but I suspect it will work just fine. So far worth the $$ ... show more

Now first off, I did not buy the version that allows for charging, this product here is the one that is only for holding the phone in place and that is what I needed. If you need to use any navigation app from time to time (waze, maps or Google maps) then this is quite useful. If you also need to sometimes join conference calls on zoom or teams etc while driving then this is also quite useful. Just keep in mind that you should keep your eyes on the road while driving. This will not work with all vent types and that’s due to how it clips to the vent, check your car vents first before ordering. Also, it’s adjustable for various angles which is convenient. I use the Caudable Stealth case (one of the few cases on the market with strongest magnets). Paired with this, there is solid connection. Obviously, they're magnets, so don't go accelerating like you're in a drag race or it will rip right off. The connection to the car vents slip out every so often... I don't know what can be done other than make it longer so I can slot it in deeper, but i also don't know how much space every car vent would allow for that. All-in-all, you need to set it up/manipulate the arms to your liking and only use that setting since if you wanna modify it later, you'll need to spend some time untightening and retightening the joints and arms. Everything loosens over time so make sure you check on it. I don't believe any other product on the market has a solution for screws loosening over time. If you don't plan on readjusting then you can use a thread locker to prevent loosening. ... show more
