I purchased this knee brace after experiencing a slight meniscus tear. I had so much trouble walking and was in a lot of pain. My orthopedic doctor told me to go to the store and purchase a product that had extra support on the side, but the ones that are sold in stores didn't impress me. So, as usual, I always go to Amazon to view a variety of products. After reading the reviews for this brace, I thought I'd give it a try, and I'm so glad that I did. Product is good, helps mobilize better than most. It does not roll up or slide on my legs. Disadvantage is that I am a bigger girl, and the part that wraps around my thigh barely fits..I have to strap the extra strap 1st before the main one can be p velcrowed together

This brace is easy to put on. Wrap it around your knee, fasten the velcro tabs to secure the brace over and under your kneecap, then adjust the straps front (2) and back (2) to properly tension it and provide your knee firm support. The brace works for it's intended use. My issue is that unless the straps are very carefully placed (difficult for me to do without subsequent adjustment), you have velcro digging into the back of your leg and the cutout at the back of the knee. I found a better working brace where this is not an issue so the Sparthos brace is being returned to Amazon. ... show more

Had some crazy loud, uncomfortable popping in me left knee from overuse on the job. did the whole RICE things but had to get back on the job and trussed the old knee up with this rig and was able to roll with it no problems.

This thing was really cool. I was able to put it on and I immediately felt relief because I was able to adjust it at 4 separate points. I like the fact that it had hard plastic knee sides so when I bent, it took some of the pressure off my knee and it works perfect..

This is a great knee stabilizer. I’m a plus size lady and it fits me really well. I can still move around comfortably in it but it offers me the relief I need from the knee pain I’m sometimes feeling after a long week at work. Tons of support! The Velcro really holds on and it’s held up in my day-to-day routine. I will say my only complaint is that it’s a little awkward to put on by yourself. But not impossible.
