IM IN LOVE… I ordered the 5xl/6xl for my meniscus tear! I’m a plus model lol and when I tell you that it not only stays in place but the support is under estimated! Most knee victims look for a brace that stays in place, I can honestly say that this has to be the best money I’ve paid for a knee brace. The only issue is the sizing when I first got the brace it fit great, almost perfectly…but because I wear it all the time, it has became loose and the fabric is bunched up terribly. They do have sizes that fit thicker legs however when wearing the sleeve it does slide down no matter how tight you put it whether you put it under your clothes over your clothes I'm looking for something that has more of a grip so it stays in place this does not stay in place as I hoped maybe more grip on the inside sleeve? ... show more

Works as noted in overall title. My Dr issued hinged neoprene brace stretches out with cheap velcro that wears out within a month or less. It didn’t have any additional belt loops, causing it to fall down easily, especially over pants. This one seems to provide better support & stays up much better due to 3rd middle velcro strap & silicone strip on inside of brace. But it would stay up better if had more velcro belt loops too to help velcro straps stay in place, at least one on each side of thigh/calf. However the lower side of brace could have less material since thighs are usually bigger than calves (it’s about 1inch of material too long around my calf), even if overweight, which this brace accommodates. Maybe Mfr also add elastic on lower half, or stitch the lower section at an angle? The thigh strap is longer as expected. The thigh section could also be cut higher & curved as you can see on picture where the blue material border is below my K tape. I circled on 2nd picture where lower section of calf is buckling. ... show more

Measured leg according per their instructions, received brace it does not stay in place and seems to cheaply made also keeps bunching up when applying the straps this is crap DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR MONEY .

Having tried and used several different knee braces and wraps, I have found this one to be the best for me. It stabilizes well and is easier to use than most braces. I get easily frustrated with velcro sticking where it shouldn't and not sticking where it should. Plus it is always frustrating to try to hold a wrap in place while dealing with velcro. This brace couldn't eliminate all of thr frustration but it immensely helps. There is a small bit of velcro that will hold the settled wrap while one finishes with the big velcro strap. Ingeniously thoughtful. I found the straps to be in the correct places to help gain a precise fit. Well made and well designed. ... show more

The thing is only snug where the straps are. There is no compression at all in the middle. Thus too, the size is only the distance between the straps. One good thing is the sraps are long and there is added velcro at the ends of the straps.

i was worried about the mixed reviews on this brace, but after consulting the size chart and customer reviews, i ordered a size down. this was perfect. i have arthritis and my knee has been terrible this week, but this got me through 8 hours of standing, bending, and walking like a breeze. it’s so incredibly hard to find a knee brace that will fit me, but this one has three adjustable straps that help customize the fit. it stayed up all through work and i only had to slightly adjust one strap the entire time. it works like a charm, but definitely get a size down from what your measurements are. ... show more
