These knee braces are just what I wanted, something that helps to reduce my knee pain and not bulky at all . They fit pretty comfortably, they are uncomfortable after wearing them a while but that's any brace probably . The only other time they can be uncomfortable is while I'm sitting down , but they're easy to remove and put on so it's not a big deal for me. ... show more

I was hoping this would be a cheap high value product, unfortunately it only gave me walking support and little to no running support. The build quality seemed on par with most other products and the size fits a wide range of widths for the knee as it is expandable. My mobility wasn't inhibited as it gave moderate support while walking and stayed in place while running. The value for what you play is good but if you need high impact support you'll need to look elsewhere. ... show more

I've got a TON of miles on my body, and my knees bother me especially bad on the down hill. I've tried many products, most are to constrictive for continued movement. I just completed a 100 mile trek with a bunch of up/down vert. I attach these to the side of my pack and can quickly put them on over my pants when I need them (downhill steeps mainly). To my disappointment, the large, impressive brace given to me by an orthopedist for a painful right knee did not help, to say the least, and I had to stop wearing it, as it made the knee discomfort even worse. As it turns out, I had some IPOW knee straps on hand, which I had used a few years ago when taking Tai Chi classes.
