This Pilates bar was easy to assemble. Seems to be very sturdy. There are no instructions about the different accessories, hand grips & foot straps. You just figure it out based on the exercise you’re doing. I prefer to have detailed instructions but it was ok without them.

Doesn’t really seem to be pilates and I wouldn’t say it’s for beginners. It is as advertised and seems well made. The “workout chart” that comes with it is ok. But you need to know proper form and what you’re doing already or this isn’t for you.

This pilates bar and resistance bands are great for an at home work out. My fiancé really enjoyed the versatility of this product. The bar was simple to assemble and disassemble for easy put away. The bar, handles and cuffs are covered in a very soft foam for comfort. The cuffs are adjustable and fit both me and my fiancé. The bands can be used individually or in conjunction with each other, offering a wide range of weight options and levels of intensity. I love that it comes with a large workout poster that shows all the different exercises that can be done with the bar and bands. Great for arms and legs. I originally purchased it for myself, but I’m short (5’2”) and the bands were a little too long and I couldn’t get enough resistance even on the shortest adjustment. However, I was able to wrap the straps as suggested in the included booklet to achieve the perfect resistance. My fiancé is 6ft and he was able to use it by easily adjusting the straps. The over the door strap makes it possible to do so many additional exercises. This option was easy to set up and worked well for both my fiancé and myself. We were able to get a full workout at home.
