I am currently in physical therapy due to knee issues because I have weak adductors and this has been a true blessing in disguise to use for some of my PT exercises. Then I can also use this for Pilates lol

It looks nice and seems to be of good quality however, I take Pilates and use these often during class. I thought it would be nice to have one at home, however, the resistance is very weak. With little effort my ring could squeeze in half and therefore doesn’t allow the proper engagement during specific exercises. Maybe I got a dud? Will be returning. ... show more
