It's great if you want to do a quick workout but ensure you're using the ring correctly. The only issue I see with the ring is that there's no adjustment to the amount of tension you can create. Appears to be used? Or damaged in shipping? Kinda gross. Not entirely confident in its strength, but it’s good for some exercises. Mine didn’t come with that handy picture chart everyone is talking about. Anyway. Product over-priced for what I received. Would not order from this company again.
