Amazon couldn't ship this to me, I bought it anyway. I was going to have it shipped to my business in Calif and then forwarded to me, but then Balanced Body called me about the order and we talked about shipping it straight to me and they were ale to do that. Waited two months for this product to come and was very disappointed with the quality. One of the screws didn’t go all the way in and is now stuck there, can’t even take the screw out now. The instructions were also a mess and could’ve been written much better. I don’t recommend buying this product.

I was so excited to my balanced body Reformer. It's beautifully made and should last for years. There was some damage to the beautiful wood frame from shipping. I am trying to get this rectified with the company. I would definitely recommend this Reformer for your home gym or private pilates practice. I wanted a studio level reformer for home use. This was easy to assemble. This reformer is almost silent (handles/pulleys make a liitle noise) and is simple to use. I am so happy to have invested in a product that will likely serve me for a lifetime!
