    The effectiveness of the ingredients in this product help keep me feeling well throughout the cold season and even during the warm months. I take 1 daily during. The warm months and 2 daily during cold months. I increase the dosage if I start to feel any symptoms and this will help kick it out of my system or lessen the severity of any sickness I have. These capsules have an odd smell and a weird taste but they are not meant to taste like cherries and all of the ingredients are what give it the odd smell.     This is by far the best vitamins you can take. I got really sick several years ago and this was recommended to me by a Dr. I take 2 everyday at night before bed.
