Update: I received a replacement for these and they work great. I have them in my window sill on my sunporch and when the sun goes down it looks so beautiful and peaceful which is just what I was wanting. Would definitely recommend these If I could give these a 0 I would. They did not last even a week. The first 2 nights they worked fine, the third night only half of them worked, the fourth half of that, and now none of them work. Have used outdoors for 6 months now. Nice low-level flickering candles, yet visible from several hundred feet on a dark country night. Haven't tested the weatherproof claim for any length of time. I put them in small mason jars placed upside down with the lids secured to the tops of some fence posts. They do need full sun for most of the day if you want them to last all night long. UPDATE: I own 18 of these. Two of them have stopped working. I'm dropping my 5 star to a 3. UPDATE 2: Raised rating to 4 stars after the company immediately responded to me with a complete set of six lights. Thank you! ... show more

I recently purchased the SoulBay 6pcs Solar Power outdoor tea lights, and overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. These tea lights are a convenient and energy-efficient way to add some ambiance to my outdoor space, and they have worked well for the most part. The lights charge during the day and turn on automatically at night, which is a nice feature. They also provide a decent amount of light, although they are not particularly bright. They are also made of a durable plastic material that holds up well to the elements. However, I have had some issues with the solar panels not charging properly on cloudy days, which means the lights don't always turn on at night. This can be a bit frustrating, especially on days when I'm really looking forward to using them. Overall, the SoulBay outdoor tea lights are a decent product, but they are not without their quirks. If you are looking for reliable outdoor lighting, there may be better options out there. These are a solid little light, they’ve been out in the rain and they keep on going. The walle of solar lights. A bit expensive but worth it. Charge them on “on”.

For the $16 it certainly hasn’t been worth my time. I spent well over an hour just trying to figure out how to return half of them that are not working. The ones that were working, I loved! But if half of them were not working, why would I pay five dollars apiece for them? Cannot recommend because they do not offer customer service. They should provide a phone number for these issues. ... show more
