I used the massage only, no heat, for about 15-20 minutes on each trip. No back pain!! It has paid for itself already. Including the car adapter cord it cost less than a massage. I’ve used a few massage seat cushions over the years but this is by far my favorite one. It’s very comfortable and what I like the most is that it doesn’t get too loud, compared to previous massage seat cushions I’ve used before. Plus, its aesthetically cute. Thank you for a great product.

I got it hoping it would help my back but it is far too short for me and I am only 6 foot. The top of it barely gets to the bottom of my shoulder blades! (The part that should be around the base of the neck) Luckily, it seems to work reasonably well for my wife (she is much shorter). Do not like that it is not taller.. There are straps to secure it but they are not wide enough. The massage "buttons/motors" on the seat section protrude and are uncomfortable
