First, this item works as advertised...almost. I have pain in both knees, mostly caused by my weight but also due to tightness in my hamstrings and IT band. It's advertised to work on the knees, but the massage pressure is only applied to the feet, calf, and upper leg. I like that this device is powered by electric and does not require charging after twenty minutes of use. I can put the device on and leave it on for hours when I watch a movie. The heat and pressure can be directed toward any region or it can work top to bottom or vice versa. The heat has two settings, hot or warm. The massage feature has three settings for pressure. The downside is, the unit is HUGE and in no way will fit in the storage bag that comes with it unless you have a vacuum bag, then maybe. The bigger problem is it is terribly difficult to get into if you do not have someone to help you OR you have carpet or a fabric chair. The velcro straps are very strong but adhere to anything it can grasp. The first time I put it on, it took me about 10 minutes per leg. I have cut that time in half by using it repeatedly and figuring out the best way to do it. My only other complaint, the cord for the controller is long enough for the power supply, but the cables and tubes that run to the assembly are just a bit too short to allow the controller to sit on a nearby table, so either dangle or falls to the floor. I tried a few of these types of air compression leg and for massages. This one was the best due to the versatility of the size. It really is made for all body types. The pressure of the compression is so good you feel your whole body just let go and melt into your bed or couch. I use this after I take a shower and before I go to sleep. It relaxes and gives me so much relief I go to sleep at ease. The front edge of the foot cuffs sometimes cuts into the front of where your feet and leg meet. I put a pair of thick socks on so it doest cut into that part of my foot. ... show more

I have to laugh at the petite female model in the ad pictures for this product. ARE THEY KIDDING? I'm no sylph. I'm in pretty good shape. Fairly average 5'6''-ish female type....at the risk of TMI,19" thigh, 14" calf... and I can practically wrap these around my calf twice. The instructions say to "wrap tightly". HAH! With barely enough velcro catching to hold them together, I can still slip the calf and foot on and off without taking it apart. I undo the thigh section only because it's too stiff to get them on and off otherwise. I honestly thought the measurements listed included extensions, which other models have. If it weren't for the fact that the only other option with similar configuration/options but a smaller size was non-returnable, these would be winging their way back to Amazon. That having been said, they do give pretty good compression, especially on the higher settings, and it's possible that varying the programs will prove useful over the life of the product, though the total leg ones don't really seem much different. Having only used the unit for two days, how much actual good it will do in the long run is not something I feel qualified to speak to, but it does feel pretty good while in progress. Well these were much larger than expected. Pretty awkward to put on and once they’re on you definitely can’t bend over and adjust them. all that being said I weigh about 200 pounds and I can’t really bend over great on a good day so take that for what it’s worth. I like the carrying case they came with but I’m not sure that I could ever get them back in it. The cords that come with it are quite thick and awkwardly come out between your legs. The cord was long enough for where I was using it in bed but if you were on the couch you would definitely need an extension cord. On medium strength mode five I thought my legs were gonna pop off but they didn’t and overall it’s doing what I wanted it to. I used it for about 20 minutes yesterday and got the best sleep ever because my restless legs weren’t bothering me. Doesn’t do much for the soles of my feet but overall I am pleased. I will definitely be using this every day and will post another review if anything changes. ... show more

I had a mild stroke in October 2022. It mostly effects my right leg, foot & balance & with moderate loss of feeling in my appendage. I am starting physical therapy but wanted something to help in between exercising. Immediately, since I have started using this device first week in January 2023, my right foot which had become partially numb from the stroke has a great deal more sensation in it. The numbness was causing me trouble in feeling the gas & brake peddles in my car. This has eased up tremendously. Previously, I had thought in horror that my driving days were over. But it's been six days since I've been using this and a lot of feeling is returning & I was able to complete small test drives because I now have more feeling in my right foot. Before It was numb & barely movable & I immediately garaged my car for what I thought would be forever. But today, my driving ability connected to feeling the peddles was almost like normal. I almost cried as I am an elder & live alone and have no assistance. I needed to maintain my independence by having use of my car to get around. Your device has assisted me in retaining my mobility.
